Կալինինգրադում իսկական սկանդալ է տեղի ունեցել, երբ տեղի ԶԼՄ-ներից մեկի խմբագրություն է այցելել Վլադիսլավ անունով մի երիտասարդ և ասել, որ ունի տեղեկություններ իր ընկերոջ նախկին ընկերուհու մասին։  Նաստյա Մոնպասյեն (այդ անունով են Աննային ճանաչում որոշ շրջանակներում)  մանկապարտեզներից մեկում երաժշտություն է ուսուցանում, իսկ գիշերները աշխատում է գիշերային ակումբներից մեկում, հայտնել է երիտասարդը։

Պարզվել է, որ աղջիկը նեղացրել է  երիտասարդի ընկերոջը և նա որոշել է  հետևել աղջկան՝ ճշմարտությունը բացահայտելու համար։ Արդյունքում նա ստացել է  նկարներ, տեսանյութեր թաքնված տեսախցիկով, ինչից հետո դրանք ներկայացրել է  մանկապարտեզի տնօրինությանը, բայց այնտեղ նրան չեն հավատացել։ Դրանից հետո երիտասարդը դիմել է  լրագրողներին, բայց ոստիկանություն դեռ չի դիմել։

Ինքը՝ Աննան, այս ամենի մասին լացելով պատմել է, որ երիտասարդը վաղուց ցանկանում է փչացնել իր կյանքը այն բանից հետո, երբ նա մերժել է նրան և սկսել հանդիպել նրա ընկերոջ հետ։ Աղջիկը հերքում է ամեն ինչ և նշում, որ դիմելու է փաստաբանի՝ Վլադիսլավին քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար՝ հետապնդումների և սպառնալիքների համար։

Չնայած սկանդալին, Աննան նաև չի պատրաստվում հեռանալ մանկապարտեզից, քանի որ սիրում է  աշխատել երեխաների հետ։

Մանկապարտեզի տնօրինությունը ամբողջությամբ պաշտպանում է աղջկան։

Փաստաբանները պնդում են,  որ եթե անգամ ապացուցվի, որ Աննան մարմնավաճառությամբ է զբաղվում, ապա նրան սպառնում է միայն վարչական տուգանք։ Հարցը բարոյական տիրույթում է, թե արդյո՞ք մարմնավաճառը կարող է  աշխատել մանկապարտեզում, երեխաների հետ։  Իսկ ահա երիտասարդը ուրիշի անձնական կյանքը ներխուժելու համար կարող է  ենթարկվել քրեական պատասխանատվության։
