«Իրավունք». Հետախուզման մեջ գտնվողը «անկաշկանդ ման է գալիս Դիլիջանում», այն էլ՝ «զենքը վրան խփած»

«Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ առիթ էինք ունեցել անդրադառնալ Թեղուտի գյուղապետ Արարատ Թամրազյանի որդու՝ Արագած (Արգո) Թամրազյանի անվան հետ կապված մի ուշագրավ պատմության։ Արգոն, ով հետախուզման մեջ է գտնվում, հերիք չէ, որ, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի՝ «իր համար հանգիստ, անվախ, անկաշկանդ Դիլիջանում ման է գալիս», այն էլ՝ «զենքը վրան խփած», դեռ հասցնում է անգամ՝ «բիզնեսներ «կանտրոլի» տակ է պահել»։ Մասնավորապես «դեպի Հաղարծին վանքային համալիր տանող ճանապարհին, «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկի» տարածքում գտնվող հանգստյան տաղավարները, որն ըստ փաստաթղթերի՝ տնօրինում է սպանված Արտավազդ Թամրազյանի կինը»։ Խոսքը քսանից ավել տաղավարների մասին է, որոնց օրավարձը 20-25 հազար դրամ է։ Եվ հաշվի առնելով, որ ամառային այս սեզոնին «կլիենտների» պակաս չկա, արդյունքում՝ ամսական լուրջ փողեր են ձևավորվում։
Հետախուզվողի այս բիզնեսը հարկային դաշտո՞ւմ է։ Դիլիջանի հարկայինի պետ Գոռ Ենգիբարյանը, ի պատասխան մեր հարցմանը, այն ժամանակ տեղեկացրել էր, թե «Տաղավարները օրինական չեն, բայց հարկ մեզ տալիս են»։
Խոսքը նաև Եկամտահարկի մասին է, բայց քանի որ պարոն Ենգիբաոյանն այն կարծիքին էր, թե «Այդ տաղավարներն աշխատում են միայն շաբաթ-կիրակի օրերին», պետք էր ենթադրել, որ հարկերն էլ հենց այդ չափով էին վճարվում։
Այլ բան, որ մեր աղբյուրը հավաստիացնում էր, որ տաղավարները գործում են շաբաթվա բոլոր օրերին, ենթադրելի էր, որ մնացած հինգ օրերի գումարները շրջանցում էին պետությանը։
Եվ ահա օրերս Դիլիջանի հարկայինի պետը նորից մեզ տեղեկացրեց, որ մեր տվյալներն ավելի ստույգ էին։ Այսինքն հիշատակված հրապարակումից հետո ստուգայց է իրականացվել այդ տարածքում, որի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ իսկապես բոլոր տաղավարներն աշխատում են ողջ շաբաթ և օրը քսանչորս ժամ։ Այս պահին էլ ստուգումները շարունակվում են, ու թե ինչ հարկային խնդիրներ ի հայտ կգան, պարոն Ենգիբարյանը խոստացավ առաջիկայում տեղյակ պահել։
Հավելենք նաև, որ «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկի» տարածքում գործող այդ առնվազն կասկածելի բիզնեսը նաև պարկի գործունեության հետ կապված է շատ հարցեր առաջ քաշում։ Առավել ևս, որ «Ազգային պարկի» ղեկավարությանն ուղղվելիք հարցերի պակաս չկա. բավական է միայն տեսնել, մեղմ ասած, բավականին նոսրացած դիլիջանյան անտառները, և այդ հարցերը մեխանիկորեն են առաջ գալիս»,–գրում է թերթը։
