Վրաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունները փորձում են նպաստել տարածաշրջանային  հավասարակշռության պահպանմանը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց վրացագետ Ջոնի Մելիքյանը` կարեւորելով ռուս-վրացական երկխոսության զարգացման հեռանկարները Հայաստանի համար հետևանքների համատեքստում:

«Մենք գիտենք, թե ինչպես է աշխատել Սաակաշվիլիի կուսակցությունը: Մեկ փաստ կցանկանայի նշել. Սաակաշվիլին եւ նրա կողմնակիցներն ավելի կողմ էին եռակողմ Վրաստան-Ադրբեջան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը,  ինչը հակասում է Հայաստանի շահերին: Թեպետ հավանաբար այդ եռակողմանի ձեւաչափում կլինի պայմանավորվածություն եւ ռազմական համագործակցություն, սակայն այժմյան իշխանությունները ավելի շատ շեշտը դնում են եվրաատլանտյան ինտեգրմանը, ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցության, ինչպես նաեւ ԵՄ անդամակցությանը: Այսպես, նրանք չեղարկում են այդ եռակողմ ձեւա չափի շրջանակում ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքի ստեղծման հավանականությունը, ինչին այդքան ձգտում էր Սաակաշվիլին»,-ասաց վրացագետը:

Անդրադառնալով Վրաստանում առաջիկայում կայանալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին` Մելիքյանը նշեց, որ վերջին տվյալներով քաղաքացիների 17 տոկոսը սատարում է ներկայիս իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցությանը:

«Թեպետ որոշ ցուցանիշներ կան, սակայն Ամերիկայի ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտի եւ այլ կառույցների կողմից իրականացրած վերջին սոցհարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ ո՛չ իշխանությունը, ո՛չ էլ այլ կուսակցությունները չունեն ժողովրդի կողմից աջակցության այն քվեն,  որը թույլ կտար այժմ վստահորեն ասել, որ նրանք խորհրդարանում կունենան մեծամասնություն` 76 ձայն: Կարող եմ ասել, որ  ներկայում ստեղծվում է լավ հնարավորություն ավելի փոքր կուսակցությունների համար խորհրդարանում ընդգրկվելու հարցում: Այդ ցուցանիշները, բնականաբար, փոփոխական են, քանի  ժո ղովրդի 50 տոկոսը դեռեւս չի կողմնորոշվել կամ էլ դժգոհում, եւ հնարավոր է` չմասնակցի ընտրություններին» ,- նշեց նա:

«Արմենպրես»-ի այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Վրաստանի հայ համայնքը միաձայնորեն սատարում է ինչ-որ կուսակցության, վրացագետը պատասխանեց.  

«Այդ միտումը, երբ  ջավախահայերի կամ թիֆլիսահայերի 80-90 աջակցում  է ինչ-որ կոնկրետ ուժի, վերացավ 2012 թվականի  ընտրությունների ժամանակ, երբ ձայները կիսվեցին: Հիմա աշխատանք տարվում է  համայնքների հետ, սակայն չեմ կարող ասել, թե ակտիվ են աշխատում: Համեմատաբար ակտիվ են «Վրացական երազանք»-ը, Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ»-ը, Սաակաշվիլիի «Միացյալ ազգային շարժում» կուսակցությունը»,- եզրափակեց Ջոնի Մելիքյանը:

Հոտեմբերի 8-ին Վրաստանում կկայանան խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ:

Վրաստանի կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի տվյալներով` ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար արդեն իսկ գրանցվել է 32 կուսակցություն:

Գրանցման վերջնաժամկետ է հայտարարված օգոստոսի 14-ը:
