Յուքոմը կմատուցի՞ արդյոք ամենաէժան ծառայությունները Հայաստանում

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովում օգոստոսի 20-ին կայացած նիստին որոշում ընդունվեց «Օրանժ Արմենիա» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության 100% բաժնեմասը «Յուքոմ» ՍՊԸ-ին օտարելու վերաբերյալ: Որոշումն ընդունվեց ՀԾԿՀ-ի բոլոր անդամների համաձայնությամբ:
Նիստի ընթացքում նշվեց, որ ՀԾԿՀ է դիմել «Օրանժ Արմենիա»-ն: «Ինչ վերաբերում է «Յուքոմ»-ի ընտրությանը՝ մենք գտնում ենք, որ այն բավական հաջողակ օպերատոր է Հայաստանում: Կարծում ենք, որ «Յուքոմ»-ը կկարողանա բարեհաջող իրականացնել գործարքն ու հաջողությամբ շարունակել գործունեությունը»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Օրանժ Արմենիա»-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ֆրանսուազ Կայեն:
«Օրանժ» ապրանքանիշի վաճառքն ու ընկերության հեռանալը Հայաստանից բուռն քննարկումների առիթ հանդիսացավ: Բայց ինչու, այնուամենայնիվ, «Օրանժը» հեռացավ Հայաստանից, եթե, փաստն այն է, որ այս օպերատորը բջջային հեռախոսակապի ոլորտում Հայաստանում մատուցել է ամենամատչելի ծառայությունները՝ շատ ավելի մատչելի, քան մյուս օպերատորները, որոնք շատ ավելի շատ օգտատերեր ունեն:
Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ ընկերությունը պարզապես սխալ PR-ի պատճառով չկարողացավ Հայաստանի բնակչության լայն խավերին հասանելի դարձնել իր ծառայությունների մատչելիությունն ու ակնհայտ առավելությունները, այդ իսկ պատճառով սկսեց կորցնել իր դիրքերը շուկայում...
Իրականում «Յուքոմ»-ի առջև շատ ավելի հեշտ խնդիր է դրված: Օգտատերերին հասանելի դարձնել ծառայությունների մատուցման այն գները, որոնք սահմանել է «Օրանժը»: Ճիշտ աշխատանքի պարագայում, «Յուքոմ»-ը կունենա մի ակնհայտ առավելություն՝ դառնալով Հայաստանում բացառիկ օպերատոր, ով մատուցում է ծառայությունների ամբողջական փաթեթը՝ հեռուստատեսային փաթեթներ, բջջային հեռախոսակապ, ֆիքսված հեռախոսակապ և ինտերնետ: Պահպանելով բջջային կապում ժառանգած էժան սակագները և մատուցելով համալիր ծառայություններ՝ Յուքոմը կարող է դառնալ դաշտի ակնհայտ առաջատարը:
