ԼՂՀ վարչապետը ճանապարհների բարեկարգման աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել

Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը օգոստոսի 5-ին խորհրդակցություն է հրավիրել ճանապարհների բարեկարգման աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ՝ ոլորտի պատասխանատուների, վարչակազմերի ղեկավարների և շինարարական ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատա կազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Վարչապետը, հակիրճ ներկայացնելով ճանապարհների բարեկարգման ուղղությամբ կառավարության վերջին տարիների քաղաքականությունը և գործիքակազմը, նշել է, որ այժմ, «Արցախ ուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի ծանրաբեռնվածության պատճառով, անհրաժեշտ է նոր մեխանիզմ ևս ձևավորել՝ հանրապետական, շրջանային և տեղական նշանակության ճանապարհների սպասարկման նպատակով:

«Քանի որ հատկապես վերջին ամիսներին որոշ դժվարություններ են ծագել ճանապարհների բարեկարգման աշխատանքների հետ կապված, մենք որոշել եք շինարարական ընկերություններից յուրաքանչյուրին կցել հանրապետության տարածքի մի հատվածի, որպեսզի նրանք իրագործեն ճանապարհների ընթացիկ սպասարկումը: Կառավարությունը կապահովի այդ կազմակերպություններին համապատասխան տեխնիկական և ֆինանսական միջոցներով, իսկ շրջանների վարչակազմերը տեղերում կհամագործակցեն նրանց հետ՝ աշխատանքների արդյունավետ համակարգման նպատակով»,- ասել է Ա. Հարությունյանը:

Գործադիրի ղեկավարն ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկել է որոշման իրագործման հետ կապված որոշ հարցեր և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ այդ մեխանիզմի միջոցով հանրապետության ճանապարհների սպասարկումը կիրականացվի ժամանակին և արդյունավետորեն:
