Պուտին. Ռուսաստանը չի փորձում Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին «պատրաստի բաղադրատոմսեր» թելադրել

Ռուսաստանը չի փորձում ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման «պատրաստի բաղադրատոմսեր» թելադրել Հայաստանին ու Ադրբեջանին, այս մասին «ԱզերՏաջ»-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:
Նա նկատել է, որ Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստանի հետ Ռուսաստանին կապում են խորը պատմական արմատները, հարաբերությունների ռազմավարական բնույթը, աշխարհագրական մոտիկությունը: «Դրա համար էլ մենք անկեղծորեն շահագրգռված ենք, որ հարեւան տարածաշրջանում վերականգնվեն խաղաղությունն ու հանգստությունը, որպեսզի անտեղ այլեւս մարդիկ չզոհվեն, սահմանները բացվեն, վերականգնվեն տնտեսական կապերը»,- ասել է Պուտինը:
Նրա խոսքով կողմերը պետք է ինքնուրույն պայմանավորվեն, առանց արտաքին ճնշումների, գտնեն երկուստեք ընդունելի լուծումներ: «Սա մեր վճռական դիրքորոշումն է»,- ասել է Պուտինը: Նա նշել է, որ փոխզիջման ձեռքբերումը նախատեսում է «տարածքային ամբողջականության ու ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի սկզբունքների միջեւ օպտիմալ հավասարակշռություն գտնելը»: «Մենք ամբողջովին գիտակցում ենք, թե ինչ պատասխանատվություն է ընկած Ադրբեջանի ու Հայաստաննի ղեկավարության ուսերին: Ողջունում ենք այն կառուցողական տրամադրվածությունը, որը գերիշխում էր հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված վերջին գագաթնաժողովում, որը կայացել է այս տարվա հունիսի 20-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում»:
Պուտինի խոսքով, կարգավորման վերջնական նպատակը պետք է դառնա այնպիսի պայմանավորվածությունը, որով «ոչ մի կողմ ո՛չ հաղթող, ո՛չ պարտվող չի լինի, զիջումները փոխադարձ կլինեն, օգուտը հստակ կլինի թե Ադրբեջանի, թե Հայաստանի հասարակությունների համար»
Ռուսաստանն էլ իր հերթին պատրաստ է աջակցել խնդրի կարգավորման այն տարբերակին, որը կբավարարի բոլոր ներգրավված կողմերին, մյուս միջնորդների հետ միասին հանդես գալ որպես կարգավորման երաշխավոր, նկատել է նա:
«Երբեմն ստիպված ես լսել, որ Ռուսաստանը փորձում է մոնոպոլիզացնել ղարաբաղյան կարգավորմանն առնչվող աշխատանքները, մի կողմ հեռացնել մյուս միջնորդներին: Դա մոլորություն է»,- վստահեցրել է ՌԴ նախագահը: Նրա խոսքով, ղարաբաղյան թեմայով եռակողմ հանդիպումները ՝ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մասնակցությամբ, ներդաշնակ համալրում են այդ հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ջանքերը, որի համանախագահներն են Ռուսաստանը, ԱՄՆ –ն ու Ֆրասիան: «Նշեմ, որ ամերիկացի ու ֆրանսիացի ներկայացուցիչները ներկա էին Սակտ Պետերբուրգում եռակողմ գագաթնաժողովի եզրափակիչ մասին»:
Նրա խոսքով, նման մոտեցումը այն օրինակներից է, թե ինչպես կարելի է ու պետք է աշխատել միջազգային հակամարտությունների կարգավորման ժամանակ: «Հույս ունեմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով մեզ կհաջողվի օգնել կողմերին գտնել բոլորին բավարարող լուծում»,- ամփոփել է Պուտինը:
