Ի՞նչ է վարկային պատմությունը, ինչպե՞ս է այն ձևավորվում և ի՞նչ նպատակով է այն հարկավոր

Եթե երբևէ օգտվել եք բանկերի կամ վարկային կազմակերպությունների վարկային ծառայություններից, ապա ինքնաբերաբար ունենում եք վարկային պատմություն: Վարկային պատմությունը հնարավորություն է տալիս տեսնելու՝ ինչպես էք Դուք կատարում Ձեր վարկային պարտավորությունները: Վարկային պատմությունը Ձեր վերաբերյալ վարկային տեղեկատվությունն է, որը ցույց է տալիս՝ Ձեր ստացված վարկերը, դրանց քանակը, յուրաքանչյուր վարկի տեսակը, ժամկետը և վճարումները: Վարկային պատմության առանձին բաղադրիչներից է հանդիսանում վարկային պարտավորությունների կամ դրանց կատարման վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունները: Այլ կերպ ասած` այս բաղադրիչը պարունակում է այն փաստը, թե արդյո՞ք վարկը մարվում է ժամանակին, կա՞ն ուշացումներ, բացթողումնե՞ր և մանրամասն արձանագրում է ուշացումների օրերը:
Յուրաքանչյուր անգամ, դիմելով ֆինանսական կազմակերպությանը` վարկ ստանալու նպատակով, վարկատուն վարկային զեկույցի միջոցով գնահատում է Ձեր վարկարժանությունը, այն է՝ գնահատում է Ձեր հնարավորությունը մարելու ստանձնած պարտավորությունները, այսինքն` այն օգտագործվում է ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների կողմից վարկերի տրամադրման, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպությունների կողմից՝ տարաժամկետ վճարման սկզբունքով ապրանքների/ծառայությունների իրացման («ապառիկ») վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելու համար: Հենց սրանով էլ պայմանավորվում է այն հանգամանքը, որ երբեմն հաճախորդը դիմում է վարկ ստանալու նպատակով և ստանում մերժում, ինչը պայմանավորված է հաճախորդի վատ վարկային պատմություն ունենալով: Վատ վարկային պատմությունը կարող է հետագայում խոչընդոտ հանդիսանալ ֆինանսական ծառայություններից օգտվելիս: Այն կարող է հիմք ծառայել նոր ստացվող վարկերի պայմանների խստացման կամ չտրամադրման համար:
Լավ վարկային պատմություն ունենալը մեծացնում է վարկ ստանալու կամ ավելի լավ պայմաններով վարկ ստանալու հավանականությունը: Եթե Դուք պատշաճ կերպով կատարել եք Ձեր պարտավորությունները, ապա հեշտությամբ և արագ կարող եք հավակնել առավել բարենպաստ պայմաններով վարկավորման: Դա կարող է արտահայտվել վարկի ավելի ցածր տոկոսադրույքով, մարման երկար ժամկետով կամ պարզեցված փաստաթղթաշրջանառությամբ:
Վարկային պատմությունը նման է կենսագրության և փոփոխման ենթակա չէ, այնպես որ անհրաժեշտ է ուշադրություն դարձնել հետագայում խնդիրներ չունենալու համար:
