Թերթը զրուցել է Հայ-ռուսական Սլավոնական համալսարանի համաշխարհային քաղաքականության և միջազգային հարաբերությունների ամբիոնի վարիչ, Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արման Նավասարդյանի հետ: Ներկայացնում ենք զրույցից մի հատված.
- Պարոն դեսպան, ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք Ռուսաստանի Լիբերալ֊դեմոկրատական կուսակցության առաջնորդ Վլադիմիր Ժիրինովսկու հայտարարությունը, որում նա ասել է, թե թքած ունի Հայաստանի վրա: Ինչպե՞ս պետք է հայկական կողմը արձագանքի նման հայտարարություններին, որ արվում են, այսպես կոչված, ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ տարածքից:
- Վճռական, արագ, փաստարկված, որպես հանրապետության իմիջին և սուվերենությանը հասցված անպատվության։ Ես բացարձակապես համաձայն չեմ բարձր մակարդակով արտահայտված այն կարծիքների հետ, թե վիրավորանքը հասցված է ոչ լուրջ մարդու կողմից և պետք չէ ուշադրության արժանանա։ Տեսեք, խոսքը վերաբերում է ոչ թե պատահական անձի, այլ քաղաքական հայտնի կուսակցության լիդերի և նրան հարող միլիոնավոր անձանց։ Ժիրինովսկու հայտարարությունը հավասարապես կարող է լինել նաև նրանց կարծիքը։ Չմոռանանք, որ իրենց կարծիքն ու վերաբերմունքը Ժիրինովականները կարող են տարածել նաև Ռուսաստանում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցների վրա, որոնց թիվը հավասարվում է հանրապետության բնակչության թվաքանակին։
- Իսկ ինչպիսի՞ն պետք է լինի, Ձեր կարծիքով, հայկական կողմի դեմարշը այդ կապակցությամբ:
- Ես չեմ կարծում, որ դա անպայման պետբ է լինի ԱԳԼ-ի կողմից, չնայած դա ևս վատ չէր լինի։ Սակայն նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանբը, որ Ֆիգուրանտը Պետդումայի պատգամավոր է և պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի անդամ,- ապա հատուկ հայտարարությամբ պետք է հանդես գա ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը և խստագույնս դատապարտի ժիրինովսկու արգահատելի արարքը, որը ոչ մի կերպ չի տեղավորվում երկու երկրների բարեկամական-ռազմավարական հարաբերությունների քաղաքական տրամաբանության շրջանակներում, հակասում է դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների օրենքի տառին ու ոգուն։ Նմանատիպ հայտարարություններով լավ կլիներ, որ հանդես գային նաև հանրապետության հասարակական կազմակերպությունները, որոնք դասական դիվանագիտության կողքին ներկայումս կարետր և արդյունավետ դերակատարություն ունեն պետությունների պաշտոնական հարաբերություններում։
