1. Սիրեք մարդուն, ոչ թե նրա կարգավիճակը: Նրան սիրեք այն բանի համար, ինչ կա: Երջանիկ հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող կանայք իրենց զուգընկերոջ մեջ հուզական անհատի են տեսնում: Իսկ շատ կանայք ուղղակի կենտրոնանում են նրա վրա, որ իրենք «ընկեր», «ամուսին» կամ «հարաբերություններ» ունեն եւ լիովին մոռանում են կոնկրետ մարդու մասին, որը կանգնած է այդ կարգավիճակի հետեւում: Մի մտածեք, թե ով ում ինչն է, դուք պիտի իրար անունը տաք եւ ոչ թե հարաբերություններ զգաք, այլ զգաք մարդուն:
2. Կենտրոնացեք նրա վրա, թե ինչ եք ուզում, ոչ թե նրա, ինչ չեք ուզում: Մարդիկ սիրում են բողոքել. սկսած եղանակից եւ աշխատանքից, վերջացրած իրենց ամուսնով/կնոջով: Երջանիկ հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող կանայք նման բան չեն անում: Եվ դա ոչ թե նրա համար, որ իրենց հարաբերությունները միշտ իդեալական են: Նրա համար, որ բողոքները ձեր ուշադրությունը եւ էներգիան միայն բացասականի վրա են կենտրոնացնում, նրա վրա, ինչ դուք չեք ուզում: Դրա փոխարեն մտածեք, որ դուք ունեք այն, ինչ ուզում եք եւ ձեր շուրջը գտնվող աշխարհն անմիջապես ավելի լավը կդառնա:
3. Բարձրացրեք խաղադրույքները, մտածեք գլխավորի մասին: Չափից շատ կանայք են կենտրոնանում մանրուքների վրա, այնպես որ արդյունքում չեն ստանում այն, ինչ իրոք կարեւոր է իրենց համար: Այո, գուցե ձեր նոր ընկերը մինչեւ հիմա ձեզ չի ավելացրել ՖԲ-ի իր ընկերների ցուցակին: Դուք կարող եք գլուխ ջարդել, թե ինչու է այդպես, բայց արդյոք ձեզ համար դա իրոք կարեւոր է: Թե ձեզ համար կարեւոր է այն, թե ինչ հարաբերություններ ունեք իրականում: Եթե մտածեք մանրուքների մասին, միայն մանրուքներ կստանաք. ձեր ճնշման տակ նա ձեզ կավելացնի իր ընկերներին, բայց դրանով ամեն ինչ կավարտվի: Բայց եթե դուք մտածեք ավելի լուրջ պահերի մասին, լուրջ հարաբերություններ կառուցելու ձեր շանսերը կաճեն: Մի փոշիացեք մանրուքների վրա:
4. Նրա կողմից եղեք: Երջանիկ հարաբերություններում գտնվող կանայք հաշիվ չեն պահում, չեն մրցակցում, չեն փորձում խորամանկել, ինչպես նաեւ չեն ստորացնում տղամարդուն եւ իրենց ավելի բարձր չեն դասում:
5. Եղեք այն, ինչ կաք եւ վերջ տվեք ինտրիգներ կառուցելուն: Երջանիկ հարաբերություններում գտնվող կինը խաղեր չի խաղում, չի հուզվում, թե չափազանց մատչելի կթվա: Նա ուղղակի ցույց է տալիս իրեն` առանց հուզվելու, թե ինչ-որ բան սխալ կանի, որովհետեւ իրական է:
