Ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է զգուշանալ իրենց անունից ուղարկվող կեղծ հաղորդագրություններից

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է քաղաքացիներին զգուշանալ իրենց անունից ուղարկվող կեղծ հաղորդագրություններից, որոնցով պահանջվում է գումար վճարել նշված հաշվեհամարին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, ոստիկանության հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է. «Համացանցում շրջանառվում է տեղեկատվություն, որ բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների բջջային հեռախոսների կամ անձնական օգտագործման համակարգիչների ինտերնետ դիտարկիչներում սկսել են հայտնվել հաղորդագրություններ, թե իբր պոռնկագրական նյութեր պարունակող կայքեր բազմիցս այցելելու համար ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից արգելափակվել է օգտատիրոջ համակարգիչը և որպես տուգանք անհրաժեշÕ ¿ է վճարել 8.500 ՀՀ դրամ։ Նույն հաղորդագրությամբ քաղաքացիներին ներկայացվում է տուգանքները վճարելու հաշվեհամար՝ վկայակոչելով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածը։ Հարկ է նշել, որ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածը վերաբերում է ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելուն։
Պարզաբանում ենք, որ խնդրո առարկա հաղորդագրությունները որևէ առնչություն չունեն ՀՀ ոստիկանության հետ, իսկ դիտարկված կասկածելի կայքը, որի հղումով մուտք է գործել օգտատերը, հնարավոր է պարունակած լինի նման հաղորդագրություն ցուցադրելու համար նախատեսված ծրագրային ապահովում, ինչի գործարկման արդյունքում հաղորդագրությունը հայտնվել է բջջային հեռախոսում կամ համակարգչում։
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է չվճարել պահանջվող գումարը և համացանցից օգտվելու արգելափակումը վերացնելու համար մաքրել համակարգչի ինտերնետ դիտարկման արդյունքում կուտակված ֆայլերը (cache) և դիտարկչի հավելումները (extension) կամ դիմել համապատասխան համակարգչային մասնագետի։
Այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր տուժել են խարդախների գործունեությունից՝ կարող են դիմել ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կամ զանգահարել 011-56-27-18, 010-59-67-33 հեռախոսահամարներով»:
