«Ոստիկանությունը հուլիսի 12-15-ը Երևան-Մոսկվա–Երևան չվերթի էկոնոմ դասի 4 ավրատոմս է ձեռք բերել 1 մլն 299 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ։ Ու թեև տոմսերի ընդհանուր արժեքը նշված է, նշված չէ, սակայն, թե ինչ արժի յուրաքանչյուր տոմսը։
Հետաքրքիր է նաև, որ ոստիկանությունն այդ գնումը բաժանել է երկու մասի՝ 3 տոմս առանձին, մեկը առանձին։ Իսկ ընդհանուր գումարից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ յուրաքանչյուր տոմսը ձեռք է բերվել 324 հազար դրամով։ Թեև չի բացառվում, որ երեքը էժան գնով է ձեռք բերվել, իսկ այն առանձին մեկը ավելի թանկ, ինչշպես սովորաբար լինում է պետական գումարներով ավիատոմսեր ձեռք բերելու դեպքում։ Ամեն դեպքում, Երևան-Մոսկվա-Երևան չվերթի Էկոնոմ դասի մեկ տոմսի համար 324 հազար դրամը չափազանց թանկ է: Մենք փորձեցինք հասկանալ, թե ինչ կարժենա այդ տոմսը, եթե այն ձեռք բերենք վաղը օգոստոսի 5–8-ի համար։ Պարզվեց արժեքը 240-300 դոլարի կամ 115– 145 հազար դրամի սահմաններում Է այսինքն կրկնակի-եռակի էժան: Այս դեպքում կարծիք կա, որ գերատեսչություններն ավիատոմսեր վաճառող գործակալությունների հետ համաձայնեցրած պետբյուջեից գումարներ են քերում»,–գրում է թերթը։
