«Armtimes.com-ին հաջողվեց պարզել, որ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձինք ընդունել են հոգեմետ դեղերից պատրաստված հաբեր: Մեր տեղեկություններով, դրանք պատրաստվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության լաբորատորիայում, խիստ գաղտնի պայմաններում: Այդ հաբերը կապտագոն տեսակի ամֆետամիններ են, որոնց բաղադրությունը տարբեր է լինում (ըստ պանաջարկի):
Ի՞նչ է ամֆետամինը
Ամֆետամին (ալֆա մեթիլֆենէթիլամինի կրճատված տարբերակն է), կենտրոնական նյարդային համակարգի խթանիչ, ֆենէթիլամինի դասի ածանցյալ, որը կիրառվում է ուշադրության դեֆիցիտի եւ գերակտիվության համախտանիշի և նարկոլեպսիայի բուժման նպատակով։ Ամֆետամինը սպեցիֆիկ քիմիական նյութ է: Երեւանում դեռեւս 2010 թվականին մի խումբ քաղաքացիների կողմից ապօրինի եղանակով փորձ է արվել ստանալ կապտագոն, որն իրավապահները բացահայտել են: Օրինակ՝ ոմն Հ. Համբարձումյանը 2010թ. մայիսին Ա. Մելիքյանից տեղեկանալով առանձնապես խոշոր շափի՝ 15 կգ «ամֆետամին» թմրամիջոցի գնորդի առկայության մասին, դրա վերաբերյալ տեղեկացրել Է Կոտայքի մարզի Առինջ գյուղի Տանձանոց 3 փողոցի թիվ 12 կիսակառույց տան հողամասում իրացնելու նպատակով «ամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց պատրաստելու լաբորատորիա կառուցած Արմեն Բաղդասարյանին: Իրացնելու նպատակով նշված լաբորատորիայում առանձնապես խոշոր չափի «ամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց պատրաստելու եւ դրա 1 կիլոգրամն Աղվան Վարդանյանին 1500 ԱՄՆ դոլարով վաճառելու շուրջ Ա. Մելիքյանի եւ Ա. Բաղդասարյանի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, 2010թ. մայիսի 19-ին, գնորդ Ա. Վարդանյանին փոխանցելու համար, Երեւանի Նոյ թաղամասում Ա. Բաղդասարյանից ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել իրացվելիք թմրամիջոցի առանձնապես խոշոր չափի աղի նմուշը, որից հետո նույն օրը, Ա. Մելիքյանի եւ Ա. Վարդանյանի հետ ունեցած պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, այն ապօրինի իրացրել Է վերջինիս: Սա փաստում է, որ նման հաբեր ստանալն առանձնապես բարդ բան չէ:
Ի՞նչ ազդեցություն կարող է գործել մարդու վրա ամֆետամինը
Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի տարիներին ամֆետամինը և մեթամֆետամինը լայնորեն կիրառվում էին ԱՄՆ-ի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Գերմանիայի և Ճապոնիայի զինված ուժերի կողմից՝ որպես խթանիչ և ակտիվությունը բարձրացնող միջոցներ: Երբ հայտնի դարձան ամֆետամինի կախվածություն առաջացնելու հատկությունները, կառավարությունները սկսեցին խստորեն վերահսկել դրա վաճառքը»,–գրում է թերթը։
