Հասարակությունը շատ պատասխանատվություններ է տալիս կնոջը՝ կին, քույր, ընկերուհի մայր, գործավար... Կնոջ համար շատ դժվար է կատարել այս բոլոր դերերը: Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում իսկական կնոջ 7 կանոններ, որոնք կփոխեն ձեր կյանքը:

Կինը երջանկության հետևից չի ընկնում

Երջանկության հետևից ընկնելը ամենատարածված և ամենահիմար բանն է: Մենք բոլորս էլ վազում ենք դեպի ավելի լավ ապագան, ավելի լավ վաղվա օրը, տարին: Իսկական կինը անտեսում է նման «վազքը»: Նա ապրում է ներկա պահով:

Ներկա պահը ամենահետաքրքիր և կարևոր բանն է նրա համար

Իհարկե, կինն ունի ապագայի պլաններ, սակայն նա չի սպասում վաղվան. նա ապրում է այս օրով: Կինը գիտի, որ «Երբ նիհարեմ...», կամ «Երբ հանդիպեմ իմ իդեալական տղամարդուն...» մտքերի համար չարժի վատնել կյանքը:

Իսկական կին լինելը առավելություն է, և նա գիտի դրա մասին

Նա գնահատում է և հպարտանում է այն փաստով, որ նա կին է: Կին լինել չի նշանակում ունենալ կնոջ պահվածք: Նա գիտի դա և զգում է դա: Կին լինելը ծանր փորձություն չէ. դա նվեր է: Նա զարգացնում է իր կանացիությունը և հասցնում բոլոր մակարդակներին՝ ներքին (էմոցիոնաներ, զգացմունքներ, մտքեր) և արտաքին (մարմին, հագուստ, պահվածք):

Երբ կյանքի տեմպը շատ է դանդաղ, մենք այն չենք վայելում: Իսկ երբ այն չափազանց արագ է, մենք այն վայելոլւ ժամանակ չենք ունենում: Իսկական կինը զգում է դա և ներդաշնակություն է ստեղծում այդ տեմպի հետ: Նա կարողանում է կառավարել իր կյանքի իրադարձություններն այնպես, ինչպես ցանկանում է:

Կնոջ արարքների մեջ ամենակարևորը պահվածքի իմաստը և պատճառը հասկանալն է:

Կինը մարդկանց կազմած «ցուցակի» կարիքը չունի

Փոքր տարիքից աղջիկները ցուցակ են ստանում իրենց ծնողներից, ուսուցիչներից, հարևաններից, բարեկամներից, ընկերներից և աշխատակիցներից: Իսկ կանայք իրենց կյանքը նվիրում են այդ ցուցակի բոլոր պահանջները բավարարելուն: Իսկական կինը դրա կարիքը չունի, քանի որ դրանց հետևելով նա ապրում է ուրիշների համար և կատարում է նրանց ցանկությունները:

Իսկական կինը ունի իր սեփական նպատակները. նա ստեղծում է դրանք և հասնում դրանց: Եվ եթե իր նպատակները չեն համապատասխանում հասարակության ստանդարտներին, դա արդեն իր խնդիրը չէ: Իհարկե անհնար է բոլորի դուրը գալ: Իսկական կինը աշխատում է իր վրա, սակայն նա այդպես երբեք չի փորձում որևէ մեկի հավանությանն արժանանալ: Նա աշխատում է իր վրա, որովհետև սիրում և գնահատում է իր անձը:

Նա վայելում է միայնությունը

Իսկական կինը սիրում և գնահատում է միայնակ ժամանակ անց կացնելը: Նա միայնակ չլինելու համար չի փորձում իր կյանք ներս թողնել ամեն պատահածի: Միայնակ լինելը լավ է: Դա կյանքը հանգստությամբ և իմաստով լցնելու հրաշալի ժամանակ է:

Նա սիրում է իր տարիքը: ՄԻՇՏ:

Իսկական կինը փորձում է օգուտ քաղել իր տարիքից: Նա չի մտածում, որ 20 կամ 60 տարեկանում ինչ-որ բան անելը «շատ վաղ է» կամ «շատ ուշ է»: Դա ուղղակի ներքին տաբուները թաքցնելու արդարացում է:

Իսկական կինը կարող է ցանկացած տարիքում անել այն, ինչ ցանկանում է: Ահա թե ինչու նա երբեք չի ափսոսում այն բաների համար, որոնք նա չի արել, քանի որ նա դեռ ժամանակ ունի այդ ամենն անելու: Նա չի փորձում ձևացնել, որ երիտասարդ է թե՛ մարմնով և թե՛ հոգով: Նա ուղղակի գիտի, որ ամեն տարիք ունի իր գեղեցկությունը, սեքսուալությունը և հմայքը:
