ՄԻՊ-ն ակնկալում է բազմակողմանի եւ օբյեկտիվ քննություն Երևանի դեպքերի առնչությամբ

ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակը հրապարակել է օմբուդսմեն Արման Թաթոյանի դիրքորոշումը Երեւանում հուլիսի 17-31-ը տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների կապակցությամբ նախաքննության մարմիններում գործերի քննության վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների գրասենյակից, հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.
«Երեւանում հուլիսի 17-31-ը տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների կապակցությամբ նախաքննության տարբեր մարմիններում հարուցվել եւ քննվում են քրեական գործեր: Այդ կապակցությամբ վերահաստատում ենք մեր դիրքորոշումը, որ այդ գործերով անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել բազմակողմանի, լրիվ եւ օբյեկտիվ քննություն՝ հնարավոր առավելագույն թափանցիկության եւ հաշվետվողականության պայմաններում: Ընդ որում, դա պետք է անել այնպես, որ ապահովվի այդ վարույթների արդյունքների նկատմամբ ողջամիտ կանխատեսելիություն: Միայն նշված սկզբունքների կիրառմամբ իրականացված վարույթները կրող են ապահովել արդյունավետություն եւ հանրային վստահություն այդ գործերի նկատմամբ:
Այս առումով, հաշվի առնելով զինված խմբի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի նկատմամբ հանրային մեծ հետաքրքրությունը՝ կարեւորում ենք այդ գործի քննությունը Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության միջնորդությամբ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը հանձնելը՝ անաչառ եւ համակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու եւ այդ կապակցությամբ առկա կասկածները փարատելու նկատառումով:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից իր լիազորությունների սահմաններում դրսեւորվելու է անհրաժեշտ հետեւողականություն արդյունավետ քննության նշված չափանիշների իրացման հարցում»:
