«Սասնա ծռեր» զինված խմբի բոլոր անդամները կալանավորված են, բացի Լամբարյանից

Հուլիսի 31-ին իրավապահներին հանձնված «Սասնա ծռեր» զինված խմբի բոլոր անդամներն արդեն կալանավորված են բացի Արմեն Լամբարյանից, ով դեռ գտնվում է բժիշկների հսկողության տակ։
«Սասնա ծռեր» կոչվող զինված խմբավորումը հուլիսի 17-ից գրավել էր Հայաստանի ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության (ՊՊԾ) գնդի տարածքը և երկու շաբաթ պահել այն իր վերահսկողության տակ: Այդ ընթացքում զոհվել է երկու ոստիկան: Հուլիսի 31-ին խումբ վայր դրեց զենքերը և հանձնվեց իշխանություններին:
Խմբի անդամներին ապօրինի զենք ձեռք բերելու, կրելու ու պատանդ պահելու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, իսկ ավելի վաղ կալանավորված ազատամարտիկ Պավլիկ Մանուկյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի զենք պահելու և շենքեր ու շինություններ զավթելու մեջ։
«Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամներից ազատամարտիկ Արայիկ Խանդոյանի պաշտպան Արա Ղարագյոզյանի խոսքով՝ բոլորին առաջադրվում էր նույն մեղադրանքը, փոխվում էր միայն մեղադրվողի անունը։
«Քննիչը չկարողացավ մեր հարցադրումներին պատասխանել, թե որևէ ապացույց կա՞, որ նրանք զինված ներս են մտել այդ գնդի տարածք: Ասում է՝ օպերատիվ տվյալ կա, բայց այդ օպերատիվ տվյալը պետք է տրամադրվեր նաև պաշտպանական կողմին: Այսինքն՝ վերացական ենթադրությունների հիման վրա անձին կալանավորեցին: Հիմքում միայն դրվել էր շտապօգնության երեք բժիշկների ցուցմունքը», - «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում ասաց Ղարագյոզյանը:
Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ քննիչը որևէ ապացույց չուներ նաև առ այն, թե պաշտպանյալ Արայիկ Խանդոյանը բժիշկներին պատանդ է պահել: - «Ոչ մի բան այդ մասով չէր ասվում կոնկրետ իմ պաշտպանյալի մասով, որ ինքը դիտավորությամբ նրան պահել է: Վերացական ցուցմունքներ են, որը բավարար չէր իմ պաշտպանյալին կալանավորելու համար», - նշեց Ղարագյոզյանը:
Երեկ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը հաղորդեց, որ Պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքի զավթման փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործն ընդունվել է իրենց վարույթ վարույթ, թեև ավելի վաղը գործը հարուցվել էր Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական վարչությունում։ Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ նախաքննությունը այս պահին էլ շարունակվում է։
