«Ընտրությունից ընտրություն Հերհեր գյուղի ճանապարհը վերանորոգելու խոստումներ են տալիս, ընտրվելուց հետո ասում՝ դրա համար մեծ գումարներ են պետք։ Հերհերը Վայք քաղաքից ընդամենը 18 կմ հեռավորության վրա Է գտնվում, սակայն տեղանքին ծանոթ ոչ մի «տաքսիստ» նույնիսկ 10-15 հազար դրամով քեզ չի հասցնի գյուղ, քանի որ ճանապարհն այնքան անբարեկարգ Է, որ համաձայնվելու դեպքում այդ 10 հազարը կարող Է վարորդի վրա թանկ նստել։
Ճանապարհի ասֆալտե ծածկույթը քայքայված է, ողջ երկայնքով գրեթե բացակայում են պաշտպանիչ եզրաշերտերը։ Ճանապարհի մի մեծ հատված անցնում Է Հերհերի ջրամբարի առափնյա հատվածով, որտեղով երթևեկելն առավել վտանգավոր է։ Հերհերի ճանապարհը, որը նաև այս մարզի մեկ այլ՝ Կարմրաշեն գյուղն Է սպասարկում, վերջին անգամ մասնակի վերանորոգվել է անցյալ դարի 80-ական թվականներին։ Նախնական հաշվարկներով՝ ճանապարհի վերանորոգման համար կպահանջվի 1 միլիարդ դրամ, որն այդպես էլ բյուջեում չի գտնվում»,–գրում է թերթը։
