ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, տնտեսագետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը ցնցումներ է ապրում։ Դեռևս 2008-ից հետո ասել էինք՝ ոչինչ չի արվել ֆինանսական շուկաների հավասարակշռության համար ու կանխատեսել էինք նոր ցնցումներ։ Նկատի ունեցեք, ոչ թե ընդհանրապես աշխարհի համար, այլ առանձին ռեգիոնների համար։ Հերթը Չինաստանինն է, որը մինչ այժմ շահում էր ցածր նավթի գներից։ Ամերիկացիները ձևը գտել են. հունիս-օգոստոսին չինական արժեթ՚ղթերը նվազել են 60%-ով։ ԱՄՆ-ն սկսել է այդ կերպ կանխիկ դոլարը ետ տանել նահանգներ։ Չինաստանը մի զենք ունի՝ բացառիկ մեծ ներքին շուկան։ Որքան է այն արդյունավետ կերևա առաջիկայում։ Ցնցումների հիմնական նպատակն է. թող որ մենք տուժենք, բայց դուք կտուժեք տասնապատիկ շատ։ Հայաստանն էլ փոխանակ շահի էներգակիրների ցածր գներից, տուժում է բացարձակապես սխալ պետական պայմանագրերի պատճառով։ Հանրապետականները մեզ ասում էին. չե՞ք ուզում մեր երկիրը շահի էժան էներգակիրներից, ի՞նչի եք դեմ հայ-ռուսական պայմանագրերին։ Հիմա գազն այսօր աշխարհում վաճառվում է 88 դոլարով, մենք՝ 169-ով + 160 դոլար էլ ներքին ծախս։ Դրամի գործերը նույնպես լավ չեն։ Աստիճանաբար ազատ շուկայական փոխարժեքին անցնելու փոխարեն (երբ ես ասում եմ ազատ փոխարժեք, նկատի ունեմ այն ազատ փոխարժեքը, որը գոյանում է տրանսֆերտները ստերիլիզացնելուց հետո) ունենք ֆիքսված ու 1-2 տարին մեկ գահավիժող կուրս։ Որովհետև մեր ԿԲ ղեկավարները տիրապետում են միայն մսագործի դանակին ու կացնին։ Այլ գործիքակազմ նրանք այսօր չունեն»։
