Վերնիսաժի հարակից տարածքի` Խանջյան փողոցի վրա գտնվող մի քանի կրպակների տերեր համաձայն չեն դրանց ապամոնտաժման որոշման հետ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ`որոշման իրականացմանն ընդդիմացող քաղաքացիներին մոտեցավ Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը: Նա կրպակատերերին հիշեցրեց քաղաքապետի ստորագրությամբ ապամոնտաժման որոշման մասին:

Կրպակատերերից ոմանք պնդում են, որ կայացված որոշումը իրենց հետ չեն համաձայնեցրել: Ապամոնտաժման աշխատանքների ընթացքը հսկում են ոստիկանները, ովքեր երբեմն միջամտում են և կանխում հնարավոր միջադեպերը:

1in.am-ի հետ զրույցում փոխքաղաքապետ Դավիթ Օհանյանը նշեց, որ կա Երևանի քաղաքապետի` ապամոտնաժելու մասին որոշումը, որն էլ այսօր իրականացվում է: «Երբ հաստատվեց Վերնիսաժի բարեկարգման և արդիականացման նախագիծը, մենք տեսանք, որ գոյություն ունեցող 9 կրպակներից 7-ը իրավական փաստաթղթերով են, 2-ը առանց դրանց: Մենք սկսեցինք խոսել դրանց ապամոնտաժման մասին: 7 կրպակատերերի հետ քննարկել ենք հաստատված նախագիծը, նրանք ինքակամ դիմում են գրել լուծարելու իրենց պայմանագիրը այլ տեղի առաջարկով: Երբ առիթ եղավ հանդիպելու երկու կրպակատերերին, նրանց ասացի, որ տրվլ է  հանձնարարական այլ տեղ գտնելու»,-հայտնեց Դավիթ Օհանյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ նմանատիպ մի քանի հանդիպում է ունեցել, որոնց ժամանակ հավանության է արժանացել իրենց առաջարկը:
