Ո՞վ չի սիրում ձմերուկ: Շատերն ուղղակի պաշտում են այս համեղ և թարմացնող միրգը: Երբեմն մտածում ենք, որ եթե փորձառու գյուղացի չես, ուրեմն չես կարող հյութեղ, հասած և քաղցր ձմերուկ ընտրել բազմազանության միջից: Սակայն, պարզվում է, որ հնարավոր է հասկանալ՝ արդյոք հասած է ձմերուկը, թե ոչ՝ առանց այն կտրելու:
Ցանկանում ենք Ձեզ ներկայացնել մի քանի խորհուրդ գյուղացիներից՝ նրա վերաբերյալ, թե ինչպես ընտրել լավագույն ձմերուկը:
Նայեք այն հատվածին, որով հենված է եղել հողին
Այս դեղին մասն այն հատվածն է, որտեղով որ ձմերուկը հենված է լինում հողին: Հասած ձմերուկները միշտ ունենում են դեղնավուն կամ դեղնա-նարնջագույն գույներ, բայց ոչ երբեք սպիտակ:
Այս շագանակագույն հետքերը ձմերուկի վրա վկայում են այն մասին, որ մեղուները փոշոտում են կատարել բույսի ծաղիկերից, հետևաբար այն շատ ավելի քաղցր է:
Շատ մարդիկ չգիտեն, որ գյուղացիները ձմերուկները տարբերում են նաև սեռերով: Օրինակ՝ «տղաներն» ավելի մեծ են, ունեն օվալաձև տեսք և ջրալի են: «Աղջիկները» կլորավուն են և շատ քաղցր:
Հարկավոր է ընտրել այն ձմերուկը, որը ո՛չ ամենամեծն է, և ո՛չ էլ ամենափոքրը: Ընտրեք միջին չափսի պտուղը: Եվ նաև ուշադրություն դարձրեք այն հանգամանքին, որ ձմերուկը լինի մեծ թե փոքր՝ այն պետք է իր տեսքի համեմատ շատ ավելի ծանր լինի:
Չորացած պոչը նշան է, որ ձմերուկը հասած է: Իսկ եթե այն կանաչ է, ուրեմն, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ձմերուկը ժամանակից շուտ է քաղվել և հասած չէ:
