Գիտնականները պատմել են մեծ քանակությամբ կենդանական սպիտակուցների գործածության վտանգների մասին

Ավելի մեծ քանակությամբ կենդանական սպիտակուցներ, օրինակ` կամիր միս, քան բուսական սպիտակուցներ գործածելու սովորությունը մեծացնում Է վաղաժամ մահվան վտանգը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ մասին վկայում են նոր բժշկական հետազոտության արդյունքները, որոնք հրապարակել Է JAMA Internal Medicine հանդեսը:

ԱՄՆ-ի Մասաչուսեթսի համակլինիկական հիվանդանոցի եւ Հարվարդի բժշկական դպրոցի փորձագետներն ավելի քան 30 տարվա ընթացքում ուսումնասիրել են 130 հազար մարդու սնվելու առանձնահատկությունները:   

Ուղղումներ կատարելով փորձարկվողների ապրելակերպի, ծխելու, ալկոհոլի գործածության եւ ֆիզիկական ակտիվության հարցերում. գիտնականները պարզել են, որ 10 տոկոսով ավելացնելով կենդանական սպիտակուցների գործածությունը, վաղաժամ մահվան վտանգն աճում Է 2 տոկոսով: Ըստ որում սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդություններից մահվան հավանականությունն աճում է 8 տոկոսով:  

Միեւնույն ժամանակ բուսական սպիտակուցների գործածումը հակառակ արդյունքն է ունենում. այն վաղաժամ մահվան վտանգը նվազեցնում է միանգամից 12 տոկոսով` սննդաբաժնում 3 տոկոսով բուսական ծագման սպիտակուցների բաժնի ավելացման դեպքում: Ինչպես ճշտել է Sky News հեռուստաալիքը, այդ կախվածությունն ավելի ցայտուն է դրսեւորվել այն փորձարկվողների մոտ, որոնք ծխախոտ եւ ալկոհոլ են գործածել, ունեցել են ավելորդ քաշ կամ նստակյաց ապրելակերպ են վարել, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի գործակալությունը:
