Թուրքիայից փախած դատախազներն ապաստան են խնդրել Գերմանիայում

Թուրքիայից փախած «Էրգենեկոն» հեղաշրջման գործի եւ 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-ի կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի դատախազներ Զեքերիա Օզն ու Ջելալ Քարան քաղաքական ապաստանի խնդրանքով դիմել են Գերմանիայի դաշնային դատախազություն:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ն, ըստ թուրքական «Սյոզչու» թերթի, փախստական դատախազների խնդրանքը Բեռլինի կողմից բավարարվելու հավանականությունը մեծ է:
Թուրքական ԶԼՄ-ներն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էին, որ Թուրքիայից փախուստի դիմելու ժամանակ դատախազներն իրենց հետ խիստ կարեւոր գաղտնի փաստաթղթեր են տարել: Նրանք գերմանական կողմին խոստացել են ապաստան ստանալու դիմաց հանձնել իրենց մոտ եղած փաստաթղթերը, որոնք, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, տեղեկություններ են պարունակում Թուրքիայի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության կոռուպցիոն գործարքների մասին:
Թուրքիան որոշ ժամանակ առաջ հայտարարել է, որ երկրից փախուստի դիմած դատախազներ Օզն ու Քարան, առաջինը հայտնվել են Վրաստանում, եւ իբր, այնտեղից էլ անցել են Հայաստան: Սակայն, այն բանից հետո, երբ ՀՀ անվտանգության ծառայությունը հերքել էր թուրք դատախազների Հայաստան ժամանելու մասին լուրը, Անկարան անմիջապես հայտարարել է, որ նրանք գտնվում են Գերմանիայում:
Զաքերիա Օզն ու Ջելալ Քարան 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 17-25-ին Թուրքիան ցնցած' «Մեծ կաշառք» կոչված կոռուպցիոն սկանդալը բացահայտած բարձրաստիճան դատախազներն են: Այդ ժամանակ մերկացվել էին Էրդողանի որդու, դստեր եւ փեսայի, ինչպես նաեւ մի քանի նախարարների եւ նրանց որդիների մասնակցությամբ միլիարդների հասնող կոռուպցիոն գործարքները:
Էրդողանն այն ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, որ դրա հետեւում կանգնած են ԱՄՆ-ում վտարանդի, արդի իսլամի գաղափարախոս Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենի հետեւորդները, որոնք ցանկանում են տապալել իր կառավարությունը:
Այդ խայտառակությունը կոծկելու նպատակով, Էրդողանի հրամանով Զաքերիա Օզն ու գործը ղեկավարող մյուս դատախազները հեռացվեցին զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից, եւ նրանց նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցվեցին:
Էրդողանի հանձնարարությամբ' աշխատանքից հեռացվել կամ ձերբակալվել են այդ կոռուպցիոն սկանդալը բացահայտած հազարից ավելի փաստաբաններ, դատախազության եւ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներ: Իրավապահ եւ դատական համակարգերը «գյուլենականներից մաքրելու» գործընթացը Թուրքիայում շարունակվում է մինչ օրս:
