«Նախօրեին «Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնում վիրահատությունից երկու օր անց մահացել էր 28-ամյա ծննդկան։ Գրել էինք, որ «Ժողովուրդ»–ի տեղեկություններով՝ չի բացառվում, որ կասեցվի ԲԿ-ի ծննդօգնության ծառայությունը կամ գործունեության լիցենզիան ընդհանրապես։
«Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնը, ինչպես հայտնի է, պատկանում Է Աժ պատգամավոր Արկադի Համբարձումյանի՝ Դերժավայի Արկադիի ընտանիքին։ Համբարձումյանները հայտնի են ավտոմեքենաների ներկրմամբ զբաղվող «Սլավ մոթորս» ընկերությամբ և «Սնիկերս», «Մարս» ու մի շարք հանրահայտ ապրանքանիշների շոկոլադներ ներկրելու մենաշնորհով։ Նրանք, սակայն, վերջին տարիներին սկսել են իրենց ուժերը փորձել նաև առողջապահության ոլորտում: Հիշեցնենք, որ այս տարվա ապրիլի 28-ին «Սլավմեդ»–ում մահացել Էր 38-ամյա Նաիրա Մուսայելյանը։ Նախօրեին Էլ գրանցվեց նոր մահվան դեպք։ Թե ինչու են «Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնում արձանագրվում այդպիսի դեպքեր, փորձեցինք պարզել Աժ պատգամավոր Արկադի Համբարձումյանի քրոջից՝ Արմինե Հովակիմյանից, ով բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրենն Է։
-Տիկին Հովակիմյան, «Սլավմեդ» բժշկական կենտրոնում այս տարվա մեջ արդեն երկրորդ անգամ Է՝ արձանագրվում Է ծննդկանի մահվան դեպք, անգամ առողջապահության նախարարի հրահանգով ստուգումներ են սկսվել։ Ունեք հարցի պատասխանը, թե որտեղ եք թերանում։
–Մեզ, չգիտեմ, ինչ են ներկայացնում, «Սլավմեդ»–ը և մեր գրուպը միշտ աչքի Է ընկել լավ բաներով և թացը չորից պետք Է տարբերեն, ոչինչ, ժամանակը տեղը կգցի։ Տեղի ունեցած դեպքերի մասով կարող եմ ասել՝ այդ ցավը ծննդկանների հարազատներից հետո մերն Է լինում։
–Միգուցե Դուք ևս շատ եք ցավում, բայց ԲԿ-ի ղեկավարության խնդիրը ոչ թե ցավելն Է, այլ նման դեպքերի բացառումն ու որակյալ բժշկական ծառայությունների ապահովումը...
–Հանձնաժողով իհարկե, պետք Է կազմվի, և դա իմ խնդրանքով Էլ Է լինում։ Հիմա հանձնաժողովը իր աշխատանքը անում Է, և, իհարկե, մենք չենք խոչընդոտում իրենց աշխատանքին։
–Տեղի ունեցած դեպքերում Ձեր բժիշկների մեղքի բաժինը չե՞ք տեսնում կամ Ձեր՝ որպես տնօրենի։
-Հիվանդանոցի հետ կապված ոչ մի բան չեմ կարող ասել, չեմ տեսնում, իսկ բժիշկների հետ կապված ես ինքս բժիշկ եմ, բայց ուզում եմ ասել, որ «Սլավմեդ»–ի սեփականատերը բժիշկ Է, և ես իմ մասնագիտությամբ սրտաբան եմ, այն Էլ երկար տարիների փորձ ունեցող։ Իմ եղբոր անունն են շահարկում, իմ եղբայրն Է վիրահատություն անո՞ւմ, ընդհանրապես, պատգամավորին պետք Է խրախուսել ու այդ կարգի մարդկանց արձան Է պետք կառուցել, քանի որ բարեգործություն են անում։ Իսկ բժիշկը եթե սխալ Է արել, թող քննությունը գնա, և պատասխանը լինի, մենք չենք որոշում, երբ դեպք Է լինում, կազմվում Է քննություն, և պատասխանը տալիս Է վերջնական դատաբժշկական փորձաքննությունը։
–Այսինքն՝ մտավախություն չունե՞ք, որ ԲԿ-ում իրականացվող ստուգումների արդյունքում կարող են թերություններ հայտնաբերվել, և պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարց առաջանա։
