Ռուսաստանցի մեծահարուստ գործարար Գերման Ստերլիգովի փաստաբան Արտուր Հայրապետովը հայտարարել է, որ հայտնի գործարարը մտադիր է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում (ՄԻԵԴ) հայց ներկայացնել Ադրբեջանի դեմ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այդ առնչությամբ ռուսաստանյան REN TV հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում Արտուր Հայրապետով կասկած չի հայտնել, որ Ստերլիգովը կշահի հայցը:

«Ստերլիգովը ՄԻԵԴ-ում հանդես կգա Ադրբեջանի դեմ: Մոտ ժամանակում նա ՄԻԵԴ բողոք կներկայացնի' կապված իր նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի վարքի հետ: Բանը նրանում է, որ սկզբում Ստերլիգովին արգելել են այցելել Բաքու' ճանաչելով անցանկալի անձ, իսկ հետո նրա նկատմամբ քրեական գործ են հարուցել' դրանով զրկելով նրան պաշտպանվելու իրավունքից: Դա անհեթեթություն է միջազգային իրավունքում: Ադրբեջանը մարդու իրավունքի պաշտպանության համաձայնագրի մասնակից է եւ տվյալ իրավիճակում նրա նման գործողություններն անթույլատրելի են: Մենք դրական լուծում ենք սպասում, չեմ կարծում, որ այն արագ կլինի: Բայց մենք վճռական ենք տրամադրված: Փոխհատուցման գումարի չափը կհայտարարվի փոքր-ինչ ուշ», -նշել է փաստաբանը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ինտերպոլը օգոստոսի 21-ից դադարեցրել է Ստերլիգովի որոնումը' նրա նկատմամբ քաղաքական հետապնդում իրագործվելու հիմնավորմամբ: Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հուլիսի 28-ին Ինտերպոլի գծով միջազգային որոնում էր հայտարարել Գերման Ստերլիգովի նկատմամբ: Նա մեղադրվում էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում «ապօրինի» գործունեություն իրականացնելու մեջ:

Ըստ Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազության' ռուսաստանցի գործարարը եւ այլ անձինք «անօրինական ճանապարհով հատել են Ադրբեջանի սահմանը, այնտեղ հանդես եկել պետության դեմ բացահայտ կոչերով»: Ստերլիգովը հայտարարել էր, որ Ղարաբաղը հայկական հինավուրց հող է:

Ռուսաստանցի գործարար, հայտնի ֆերմեր, «Ալիսա» սակարանի հիմնադիր Գերման Ստերլիգովը 2015 թվականի հուլիսի 4-ին ընտանիքի' կնոջ եւ 5 երեխաների հետ ժամանել է ԼՂՀ եւ հաստատվել Շուշի քաղաքում: Բաքվի այն հայտարարությանը, որ Գերման Ստերլիգովը հայտնվել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի «սեւ ցուցակում», նրա փաստաբանը պատասխանել է, որ գործարարն այդ քայլին գնացել է միանգամայն գիտակցված, եւ հավելել. «Կարծում եմ, որ դա նրա համար միեւնույն է»: Հուլիսի 22-ին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ստերլիգովի' «Ղարաբաղը հինավուրց հայկական հող է» արտահայտ ությունից հետո Ադրբեջանում նրա դեմ երկու հոդվածներով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:-
