Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանության մարմինները ձեռնարկեցին բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները մարդկային կորուստներից խուսափելու համար:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հասարակության, իշխանությունների և հոգևոր դասի ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը:
«Այդ առումով առաջին հերթին շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում իրավապահ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներին՝ իրենց աշխատանքի համար։ Սառնասրտությունը և մեծահոգությունը պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և սեփական ուժի գիտակցման ցուցիչներն են: Դուք դրանք լիովին ցույց տվեցիք: Շնորհակալ եմ գրագետ աշխատանքի համար: Շնորհակալ եմ Հիպոկրատին երդում տվածներին՝ մեր բժիշկներին ու բուժաշխատողներին, նրանց` հիացմունքի արժանի կեցվածքի համար, գլուխ եմ խոնարհում նրանց պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի, նրանց ոգու արիության առաջ: Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում այս օրերին ողջախոհության խորհր դանիշ դարձած մեր գեներալին՝ Արցախի հերոս Վիտալի Բալասանյանին»,- ասել է Նախագահը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանի խոսքով` անընդունելի իրավիճակն ավարտվել է, սակայն ամբողջական հանգուցալուծումը դեռևս առջևում է։ Ըստ նրա` առաջին հերթին պետք է իրականացվի մանրազնին հետաքննություն, համակողմանի և անաչառ քննություն, բաց դատավարություն։ Յուրաքանչյուր ոք պետք է պատասխան տա իր արարքների համար միայն ու միայն օրենքի առաջ: Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ որևէ այլ դրսևորում չի լինելու, անձնական վրեժխնդրության բոլոր փորձերը կասեցվելու են օրենքի ուժով:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ծավալվող բոլոր գործընթացները տեղի են ունենալու բացառապես մեր պետության Սահմանադրության և օրենքների շրջանակներում: Եկել է եզրակացություններ կատարելու ժամանակը։ Այս իրադարձությունների ամբողջական վերլուծությունը դեռ երկար ժամանակ կպահանջի։ Սակայն մի բան ակնհայտ է. ներհայաստանյան հասարակական և քաղաքական կյանքում անհրաժեշտ է արագացնել արմատական փոփոխությունների գործընթացը։ Առաջին հերթին իսպառ պետք է վերացնենք բռնությամբ հարցեր լուծելու աղետալի մտայնության գոյությունն իսկ: Մենք այլևս իրավունք ունենք հանդուրժելու զենքով հարցեր լուծելու որևէ միտում անգամ. հաջորդը կարող է կործանարար լինել մեր երկրի համար: Անցած երկու շաբաթը և այդ ընթացքում մեր ունեցած կորուստներն անթույլատրելի են՝ մարդկային, հասարակական, արժեքային կորուստներից սկսած մինչև այն հսկայական հարվածը, որ հասցվեց մեր տնտեսությանը: Աշխարհի որևէ երկիր նման բան իրեն թույլ տալու իրավունքը չունի: Առավել ևս դրա իրավունքը չուներ Հայաստանը: Այսուհետ ևս մենք որևէ մեկին թույլ չենք տալու, որ պատանդ առնի մեր երկիրը»,-հավելել է նախագահը:
