Հայաստանը կորցնում է զբոսաշրջային գրավչությունը

Այս տարվա մարտին հրապարակվեց Crime Index For Country 2016 զեկույցը, որտեղ ներկայացված է աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում Հանցագործության և ապահովության ինդեքսը, որի հիման վրա հասկանալի է դառնում, թե որ երկրներն են աշխարհում առավել անվտանգ և վտանգավոր։
Այս տվյալների համաձայն՝ Հայաստանը դասվում էր ամենաանվատանգ երկրների ցանկին և ըստ հրապարակված ինդեքսի՝ զբաղեցնում էր 25-րդ հորիզոնականը՝ հետ թողնելով տարածաշրջանի բոլոր երկրներին:
Այս ցուցանիշը ինքնին բավական լուրջ հեռանկարներ էր ենթադրում ներգնա տուրիզմի զարգացման համար: Անվտանգության պայմանները տուրիստական գրավչության տեսանկյունից թերևս ամենակարևորներից մեկն է: Սա բացատրվում է նրանով, որ զբոսաշրջիկները, հիմնականում լինելով ապահովված խավի ներկայացուցիչներ, ամեից շատն էեն հետաքրքրված անվտանգության աստիճանով, իսկ քանի որ Հայաստանը իր պատմամշակութային հարուստ արժեքներով մշտապես եղել է գրավիչ երկիր զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում, ապա այս ցուցանիշը մեծ խթան կլիներ զբոսաշրջության զարգացման համար:
Ըստ հաշվետվությունների տվյալների և հետազոտությունների արդյունքում ձևավորված փորձագիտական գնահատումների՝ 2015 թվականին Հայաստան ներգնա զբոսաշրջային այցելությունների թիվը կազմել է շուրջ 1 միլիոն 192 հազար` 1.3 տոկոսով ավելին, քան 2014 թվականին: Աճի միտում ունի նաև 2016 թվականի 1-ին եռամսյակում արձանագրված ցուցանիշը: 2016թ. առաջին եռամսյակում հանրապետություն է ժամանել 252 506 զբոսաշրջիկ կամ 2015թ. նույն ժամանակաշրջանի նկատմամբ ցուցանիշն աճել է 8.6%-ով: Սակայն, ամփոփելով արդեն 2-րդ եռամսյակի տվյալները, ականատես ենք լինում անկումային տեմպերի: Սա, իհարկե, պայմանավորված էր ապրիլյան սահմանային լարվածությամբ, որի հետևանքով զգալի նվազեց մեր երկրի զբոսաշրջային գրավչությունը, վերջիվերջո, քիչ են այնպիսի մարդիկ, ովքեր կցանկանային շրջագայել պատերազմող երկրում:
Այդ գրավչությունը գնալով նվազում է նաև այս օրերին մեր երկրում ընթացող իրադարձություններով պայմանավորված, և դեպքերի այսպիսի զարգացումը լուրջ վտանգ է ստեղծում հայկական զբոսաշրջության ապագայի համար: Զբոսաշրջությունը մեր տնտեսության առանցքային և հեռանկարային ճյուղերից մեկն էր, որի հետագա զարգացումը կարող էր լուրջ խթան լինել ինչպես կոնկրետ ոլորտի զարգացման, այնպես էլ տնտեսության հարակից ճյուղերի զարգացման համար: Այս ենթատեքստում անհրաժեշտ են լուրջ հետևություններ և անհետաձգելի քայլեր անել զբոսաշրջության մակարդակի կրճատում թուլյ չտալու համար:
