Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում ժողովված բարձրաստիճան հայ հոգևորականներն անընդունելի են համարում ամեն կարգի անօրինական քայլ ու բռնության միտված գործողություն, որոնք կարող են պատճառ դառնալ արյունահեղության և վտանգել մեր պետականության ապագան: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Մայր Աթոռի Տեղեկատվական համակարգից, հուլիսի 30-ին Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի նախագահությամբ տեղի է ունեցել Վանական խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստ, որին հրավիրված էին Մայր Աթոռում պաշտոնավարող և հայաստանյան թեմերի առաջնորդ եպիսկոպոսները: Անդրադառնալով մայրաքաղաքում ստեղծված կացությանը` ժողովականները հանդես են եկել ուղերձով:
«Երևանում վերջին օրերին ծավալվող իրադարձությունները խաթարել են մեր կյանքի խաղաղությունը: Խորապես ցավ ենք ապրում, որ լարված իրավիճակը երեկ երեկոյան հանգեցրեց նոր բախումների, ինչի հետևանքով վիրավորվեցին տասնյակ մարդիկ` ցուցարարներ, ոստիկաններ և լրագրողներ: Անընդունելի ենք համարում ամեն կարգի անօրինական քայլ ու բռնության միտված գործողություն, որոնք կարող են պատճառ դառնալ արյունահեղության և վտանգել մեր պետականության ապագան:
Մտահոգված սրտով, բայց նաև մեր ժողովրդի ողջախոհության հանդեպ հավատով կոչ ենք անում` չտրվել զգացմունքայնությանը, մերժել հակամարտությունը, կամք դրսևորել` ընթանալու երկխոսության ճանապարհով: Մեր երկրում, հիրավի, մեր հասարակությանը հուզող և լուծման կարոտ շատ խնդիրներ ու մարտահրավերներ են ծառացած, որոնց հաղթահարումը պետք է իրագործվի որքան հնարավոր է շուտ և բացառապես խաղաղ գործընթացներով, փոխըմբռնման ոգով: Մենք բոլորս նույն ժողովրդի զավակներն ենք, նույն տեսիլքն ունենք հզոր ու պայծառ Հայրենիքի և որպես հարազատ ժառանգները մեր հայրենաշեն նախնիների` պարտավոր ենք առաջնորդվելու համազգային շահերի նախանձախնդրությամբ:
Հրավիրում ենք մեր զավակներին` շարունակելու հանապազօրյա աղոթքները, որպեսզի իրավիճակի կարգավորման բոլոր ջանքերը Աստծո առաջնորդությամբ պսակվեն բարի արդյունքներով:
Աղոթքով առ Ողորմածն Աստված` շուտափույթ ապաքինում ենք մաղթում վիրավորներին, հավատքի ամրություն` մեր սիրելի ժողովրդին:
Անսանք Եկեղեցու սուրբ հայրերի պատգամին` «միություն կարևոր հարցերում, երկրորդականներում` ազատություն և ամեն ինչում `սեր»:
Աստծո սերն ու օրհնությունը մեզ ամենքիս. ամեն»:
Ժողովի ավարտին որոշում է կայացվել վաղը` հուլիսի 31-ին, Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական եկեղեցիներում հատուկ աղոթք բարձրացնել մեր հայրենիքի և մեր ժողովրդի խաղաղության, անսասանության ու բարօրության և վիրավորների շուտափույթ ապաքինման համար:
