Շատ հայտնի դերասաններ հրաշալի արտաքաին տեսք ունեն ոչ միայն ֆիլմերում և առհասարակ տեսախցիկներից այն կողմ, այլ նաև իրենց առօրյայում: Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում 40-ը և 50-ն անց դերասաններ, ովքեր շատ երիտասարդ տեսք ունեն:

Դերասանուհին արդեն 49 տարեկան է, սակայն նա շատ գեղեցիկ և առողջ մարմին ունի: Նրա երիտասարդության գաղտնիքը 8 ժամյա քունն է, ամեն առավոտ մեկ բաժակ մրգային հյութը, ֆասթ ֆուդից կտրականապես հրաժարումը, և ամենօրյա 45 րոպե ֆիզիկական վարժությունները:

Սանդրա Բուլլոք (51 տարեկան)
Սանդրան իդեալական մարմին ունի, քանի որ նա հիմնականում օգտագործում է բանջարեղեն, բրինձ և մրգային հյութեր: Ինչպես նաև դերասանուհին զբաղվում է քիքբոքսինգով և վազում է:

Հյու Ջեքման (47 տարեկան)
Դերասանն ընդունում է շատ պրոտեին, զբաղվում է բռնցքամարտով, վազքով և լողով:

Ջորջ Քլունի (55 տարեկան)
Դերասանը հատուկ դիետա է պահում, չի օգտագործում ալկոհոլ և զբաղվում է յոգայով:

Ջարեդ Լետո (44 տարեկան)
Ջարեդը բուսակեր է, պահում է հեղուկային դիետա, զբաղվում է յոգայով և հեծանվավարությամբ:

Շարլիզ Թերոն (40 տարեկան)
Դերասանուհին շատ է օգտագործում կանաչ բանջարեղեն, վազում է և զբաղվում յոգայով և գոլֆով:
