Խնձորի մոնոդիետա

Խնձորով դիետան օգնում է կարգավորել նյութափոխանակությունը, ազատվել ավելորդ քաշից։ Խնձորով մոնոդիետան, ինչպես ցանկացած այլ դիետա, լավ է պահել որպես ի լրումն մյուսների։ Ավելի լավ է շաբաթական մեկ բեռնաթափման օր կազմակերպել։ Օրինակ՝ հանգստյան օրերից հետո կամ արձակուրդից առաջ։ Խնձորը պարունակում է շատ օգտակար նյութեր, հարուստ է երկաթով եւ ֆոլաթթվով, ինչպես նաեւ պեկտիններով։
Գոյություն ունի խնձորի մոնոդիետայի մի քանի տարբերակ
1 Ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում կարելի է ուտել այնքան խնձոր, որքան ուզում եք։ Դրանից բացի, կարելի է խմել անսահմանափակ քանակությամբ անկալորիական հեղուկ, ցանկալի է հանքային ջուր կամ խոտաբույսերով թեյ։
2 Մեկ օրում ուտել 1.5 կգ խնձոր։ Դրանք կարելի է եփել ջեռոցում, քերել քերիչով կամ կտրատել։ Բայց այդ օրը խմել ոչինչ չի կարելի։
3 Կարելի է խնձորի հետ կեֆիր խմել։ Մեկ օրվա ընթացքում կերեք 5-6 խնձոր՝ ամեն մեկից հետո կես բաժակ կեֆիր խմելով։
4 Դե իսկ ամենադիմացկունների համար խնձորով դիետան նախատեսված է մեկ շաբաթվա համար։
1-ին օր՝ 1 կգ, 2-րդ օր՝ 1.5 կգ, 3-րդ օր՝ 2 կգ, 4-րդ օր՝ 2կգ, 5–րդ օր՝ 1.5 կգ, 6-րդ օր՝ 1 կգ։
Խնձորից բացի, կարելի է խմել թեյ, ցանկալի է կանաչ։ Եթե շատ դժվար է, կարելի է ուտել շատ քիչ չորահաց սեւ հացից։
