Թոքի քաղցկեղով հիվանդների 80 տոկոսը ծխողներ են

Հայաստանում օգոստոսի 1-3-ը՝ թոքի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ կանցկացվի «Թոքի քաղցկեղի կանխարգելման օրեր Հայաստանում» բարեգործական միջոցառումը:
Աշխարհում թոքի քաղցկեղի նոր դեպքերի թիվը տարեկան կազմում է 1.82 մլն, որից 1.59 մլն՝ մահվան ելքով: Չարորակ նորագոյացություններից մահացության բարձր ցուցանիշ գրանցում է հենց թոքի քաղցկեղը:
«Այն չարիք է ոչ միայն մեր հանրապետության համար, այլեւ շատ այլ երկրների համար: Եթե տարեկան մեր կենտրոնում գրանցվում են 8300 դեպքեր, ապա դրանից 1240-ը թոքի քաղցկեղով հիվանդներն են: Այն հայտնաբերվում է բավականին ուշ եւ միայն այդ դեպքերի 7-8 տոկոսի պարագայում է հնարավոր կատարել վիրահատական միջամտություն, որը քաղցկեղի հիմնական բուժման ձեւն է, իսկ մնացած դեպքերում դիմում ենք դեղորայքային կամ ճառագայթային բուժման, որոնց արդյունքները բավականին թույլ են»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողնեի հետ զրույցում նշեց Հայաստանի ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Գագիկ Բազիկյանը:
Ըստ մասնագետների՝ Հայաստանում թոքի չարորակ ուռուցքներով հիվանդացությունը աճում է: 2010 թվականին գրանցվել է 1198 նոր դեպք, մինչդեռ 2015 թվականին՝ 11.5 տոկոսի աճ՝ 1353 դեպք:
Թոքի չարորակ գոյացությունների հիմնական պատճառը ծխելն է: Հիվանդների մոտ 80 տոկոսը ծխողներ են, իսկ մնացած 20 տոկոս դեպքերը կապվում են այլ գործոնների հետ, ինչպիսիք են՝ ծանր մետաղների հետ շփումը, ռադոնային պարունակության տարածքներում լինելը եւ այլն:
Նախկին մոլի ծխողների մոտ 10 տարի առանց ծխելու դեպքում հիվանդացության ռիսկը հասնում է նվազագույն ցուցանշի: Այն մարդկանց մոտ, որոնք օրական ծխում են 1-2 տուփ ծխախոտ, թոքի քաղցկեղից մահացության ռիսկը բարձր է 25-55 անգամ:
«Իմ մտահոգությունը երիտասարդներն են, քանի որ միայն այդ տարիքում կարելի դա կանխել, բացատրել նրանց, որ պետք է քիչ ծխել»,- նշեց Հայաստանի Ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնի մանկական ուռուցքաբանության և քիմիաթերապիայի բաժանմունքի վարիչ Գրիգոր Բադալյանը:
Գագիկ Բազիկյանը նաեւ տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանում քաղցկեղի բուժումը զգալիորեն ավելի մատչելի է, քան արտերկրում, օրինակ՝ հարեւան Վրաստանում բուժումը տասն անգամ ավելի թանկ է:
Բարեգործական միջոցառման նախաձեռնողները ՀՀ ԱՆ ուռուցքաբանության ազգային կենտրոնը եւ «Հայկական հակաքաղցկեղային լիգան» ՀԿ-ն է:
Միջոցառման շրջանակում կազմակերպվելու է «Թոքի քաղցկեղի արդի խնդիրները» գիտաժողով, ինչպես նաեւ կրծքավանդակի անվճար պրոֆիլակտիկ ռենտգեն հետազոտություններ, որոնց համար պետք է նախօրոք գրանցվել:
