Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի ռեկտոր է ընտրվել Հովհաննես Թոքմաջյանը

Արցախում հուլիսի 29-ին վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի նախագահությամբ հրավիրվել է Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի հերթական նիստը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեցին Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի ց, համալսարանի ռեկտորի պաշտոնակատար Հովհաննես Թոքմաջյանը նիստում ներկայացրել է համալսարանի ռազմավարական ծրագիրն առաջիկա տարիների համար:
Անդրադառնալով կրթօջախի զարգացման հիմնական նպատակներին, խնդիրներին և դրանց իրականացման ուղղություններին՝ Հովհաննես Թոքմաջյանը կարևորել է որակյալ ուսուցման ապահովման, հետազոտական աշխատանքի իրականացման, միջազգային ճանաչման, կրթական մեթոդների բազմակողմանիության և ազատականացման հարցերը: Ըստ նրա՝ շուրջ 400 ուսանող ունեցող համալսարանի հիմնական առաքելությունը միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան և Արցախի տնտեսական պահանջները բավարարող մասնագետների պատրաստումն է:
Ծրագիրը հավանության արժանացնելուց հետո` խորհրդի անդամներն անցան օրակարգային երկրորդ՝ ռեկտորի ընտրության հարցին: Փակ գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ` 15 կողմ ձայնով Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի ռեկտոր է ընտրվել Հովհաննես Թոքմաջյանը:
Իր խոսքում Շուշիի տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ, վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մեծապես կարևորել է համալսարանի դերը Արցախի տնտեսության և կրթական համակարգի հետագա զարգացման գործում: Նա խորհուրդ է տվել կրթօջախի ղեկավարությանը չհրապուրվել ուսանողների քանակով, այլ ցանկացած ձեռնարկման հիմքում դնել որակը, քանի որ միայն այդ դեպքում է հնարավոր ստանալ ակնկալվող արդյունքը:
Նիստում հաստատվել է համալսարանի կառուցվածքը: Այն կունենա երկու պրոռեկտոր և կգործի 8 ամբիոնով: Խորհուրդը հաստատել է Երևան քաղաքում համալսարանի ներկայացուցչության կանոնադրությունը: Նիստի ավարտին քննարկվել են նաև կրթօջախի հետագա գործունեության արդյունավետության հետ կապված այլ հարցեր:
