Գյումրիի «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի ղեկավար Լեւոն Բարսեղյանը քիչ առաջ ազատ արձակվեց Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնից:

Նա ոստիկանության շենքի մոտ հավաքված լրագրողներին ցույց տվեց այն դանակը, որի համար իր դեմ քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել՝ նշելով. «1200 դրամ, երկարությունը 18,8 սմ: Բոլորն արդեն կարող են ունենալ այս դանակից, արդեն վկայական ունենք, որ սա սառը զենք չէ»:

Նա նշեց, որ քննչականում եւ ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրում իր նկատմամբ խոշտանգում չի եղել, իսկ ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի եւ Կումայրիի բաժիններում եղել է արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող եւ անմարդկային վերաբերմունք:

«Ինձ առանց որեւէ հիմք պահել են 16 ժամ շարունակ, 3 ժամ հետո պետք է ազատ արձակեին, բայց ազատ չեն արձակել»,-ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ այդ ընթացքում Շենգավիթի ոստիկանությունում իրեն թույլ չեն տվել օգտվել զուգարանից եւ ջուր չեն տվել:

«Գյումրիի ոստիկաններն են այստեղից առանց որեւէ հիմք տարել Գյումրի, ծանուցագիր են տվել, որ պիտի ներկայանամ քննչական բաժին ժամը 17-ին: Ասել եմ՝ ազա՞տ եմ, ասել են՝ ազատ ես: Ես էլ ասացի՝ դե գնացի, ժամը 5-ին կգամ, ասացին՝ չենք թողնում: Նորից բերեցին այստեղ, չթողեցին դուրս գամ: Սրանք արժանապատվությունը ոտնահարող քայլեր են»,-ասաց Լեւոն Բարսեղյանը, ընդգծելով, որ այս պահին իրեն լավ է զգում, «զիլ» է. «Շնորհակալ եմ նրանց, որոնք չարչարվեցին այս ամենի համար, փաստաբանին, պատգամավորներից Հովհաննես Մարգարյանին եւ բոլոր մյուսներին»:

Նշենք, որ Գյումրիի «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի ղեկավար Լեւոն Բարսեղյանը բերման է ենթարկվել հուլիսի 27-ի գիշերը ժամը 2.15-ի սահմաններում: Նրա մոտ խուզարկությամբ դանակ է հայտնաբերվել: Բարսեղյանի դեմ քրգործ էր հարուցվել Քրօրի 235 4-րդ մասով (ապօրինի կերպով սառը զենք կրելը): Լեւոն Բարսեղյանը ձերբակալվել էր:
