Տարածքային զարգացման ռազմավարությամբ նախատեսվում է մարզերում ստեղծվել 50-60 հազար նոր աշխատատեղեր

Կառավարությունը հաստատեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2016-2025 թվականների տարածքային զարգացման ռազմավարությունը: ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը նշեց, որ ռազմավարությանհիմնական նպատակները համահունչ են ՀՀ 2014-2025թթ. Հեռանկարային զարգացման ռազմավարության հիմնական գերակայություններին` զբաղվածության ընդլայնում, մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացում, սոցիալական ապահովության համակարգի բարելավուÕ ´ և պետական կառավարման համակարգի ինստիտուցիոնալ արդիականացում, որոնք իրենց հերթին համահունչ են նաև ԵՄ 2020թ. ռազմավարության թեմատիկ նպատակներին:

«Այդ պլանի մեջ կարտացոլվեն երկու կարևոր նպատակներ ` տարածքների մրցունակության բարձրացում և Հայաստանի մարզերի միջև առկա անհամաչափությունների մեղմում: Մասնավորապես,  նախատեսվում է, որ 2025թ.-ի դրությամբ առանձին վերցված յուրաքանչյուր մարզում մեկ շնչի հաշվով ՀՆԱ-ն կգերազանցի մեկ շնչի հաշվով ՀՆԱ-ի միջին հանրապետական ցուցանիշի 60 տոկոսը և մեկ շնչի հաշվով ՀՆԱ-ի 70 տոկոսից ցածր կգտնվի մարզերի բնակչության ոչ ավել քան 30 տոկոսը: 2025թ-ի դրությամբ բոլոր մարզերում միջին մասնագիտական և բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցողների, ոչ գյուղատնտեսական ֆորմալ զբաղվածների և ակտիվ ձեռնարկությունների թվաքանակը կաճի առնվազն 10 տոկոսով` համեմատած 2014 թվականի հետ: Ակնկալվում է, որ մարզերում՝ հիմնականում առավել ցածր ՀՆԱ ունեցող տարածաշրջաններում կստեղծվեն 50-60 հազար նոր աշխատատեղեր, ինչը կնպաստի, որպեսզի կրճատվի Երևանի և մարզերի ՀՆԱ-ի տարբերությունը»,- ասաց Լոքյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ կսկվեն նաև ներդրումային գործընթացներ: Ստեղծվել է Տարածքների զարգացման ներդրումային հիմնադրամ, որտեղ էլ պետք է ուղղվեն գրանտային և վարկային բոլոր հիմնական միջոցները:  Ըստ Լոքյանի՝ արդեն իսկ այդ հիմնադրամ է ուղղվել 18 մլն դոլարի գրանտային միջոց, որը ստացվել է Եվրոպական միությունից:

«Իրոք, բավականին աշխատանք է կատարվել այս ռազմավարության ուղղությամբ: Կարծում եմ՝ մենք ճիշտ ճանապարհի, ճիշտ ուղու վրա ենք և պետք է շարունակենք գնալ առաջ»,- ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:
