Մանրամասներ Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի տան գողության դեպքից.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի տան գողության դեպքից անցել է շուրջ 7 ամիս, սակայն իրավապահների համար այս գողության բացահայտումը դարձել է պատուհաս։ Բանն այն է որ իրավապահները պատրաստել են Հովիկ Աբովյանի տուն մուտք գործած անձանց ֆոտոռոբոտը, սակայն անգամ այս հանգամանքը չի օգնում նրանց բացահայտել գողության դեպքը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 13-ի լույս 14– ի գիշերը հանցագործությունը կատարած անձը (անձինք) 2-րդ հարկի բաց պատշգամբի մուտքի դուռը տեխնիկական միջոցներով բացել էին ու մտել Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի տուն՝ հափշտակելով զարդեր, 2 բջջային հեռախոս և կանխիկ գումար։ Ընդհանուր գողոնը, մոտավոր հաշվարկներով, կազմել Է մոտ 200 հազար դոլար։

Նկատենք, որ դեպքի օրը մարզպետը և իր ընտանիքի անդամները տանը չէին եղել, և վարկածներից մեկն է, որ գողը կամ գողերը մարզպետի մտերիմ շրջապատից են եղել, կամ էլ նրանցից մեկի պատվերով են այն իրականացրել։ Բանն այն է, որ գողերը ոչ միայն տեղեկացված են եղել Հովիկ Աբովյանի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների՝ մի քանի ժամով տանից բացակայելու մասին, այլ նաև իմացել են, թե մարզպետի թանկարժեք իրերը որտեղ են պահված։

 Փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործից անցել է 7 ամիս և «ժողովուրդ»– ին այս գործով որոշ մանրամասներ ի հայտ եկան։ Ըստ այդմ, Հովիկ Աբովյանի տուն մուտք գործած անձինք եղել են ընդամենը երեք հոգի, որոնք առանձնատուն մտել են՝ պատշգամբի վրայից ցատկելով։ Նրանցից մեկը հսկել է տան տարածքը, իսկ, ահա, մյուս երկու անձինք, վնասելով տան դուռը, մուտք են գործել առանձնատուն։ Մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանի տան տեսախցիկները արձանագրել են այս ընթացքը։ Ու թվում էր, թե իրավապահների համար պետք է գործը առավել հեշտ բացահայտվողներից լիներ, բայց ոչ։

Ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների՝ հանցագործներից մեկը դեմքը կիսափակ վիճակում մոտեցել է տեսախցիկներից մեկին և կոտրել այն, որից հետո առավել հանգիստ գործի են անցել, թալանել մարզպետի առանձնատունը։

Սակայն իրավապահները առանձնատան կոտրված տեսախցիկներից մեկի միջոցով կարողացել են արձանագրել հանցագործներից մեկի դեմքը և պատրաստել կասկածյալի ֆոտոռոբոտը (նկարում)։   Այս   պատկերը   իրավապահները բաժանել են շատ բնակիչների՝ հարցուփորձ անելով, թե արդյոք ճանաչում են ենթադրյալ հանցագործին»,–գրում է թերթը։
