Կառավարությունն ազատականացնում էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկան

ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախաձեռնում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկայի ազատականացմանն ուղղված քաղաքականություն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգի էլեկտրաէներգիայի շուկայի ազատականացմանը և միջպետական առևտրի խթանմանն ուղղված գործողությունների իրականացման մասին հարցն ընդգրկված է կառավարության հուլիսի 29-ի նիստի օրակարգում:
Որոշմամբ՝ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության, պետական այլ մարմինների և ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի գործառույթները հստակեցնելու նպատակով գործադիրը ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարին կհանձնարարի մինչև 2017թ. մայիսի 31-ը, համագործակցելով ՀՀ ՀԾԿ հանձնաժողովի հետ, ապահովել երկրի էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգի էլեկտրաէներգետիկայի շուկայի ազատականացման և միջպետական առևտրի զարգացման միջոցառումների ծրագիր-ժամանակացույցի, ինչպես նաև դրանից բխող «Էներգետիկայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփո խություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի մշակումը և ներկայացումը ՀՀ կառավարության քննարկմանը:
Ընդ որում, այդ գործընթացը պետք է ներդաշնակեցվի էներգետիկայի միջպետական առևտրի հետ կապված Եվրամիության պահանջներին՝ չհակասելով ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակում ՀՀ ստանձնած պարտավորություններին: Ակնկալվում է, որ որոշման իրագործմամբ կբարձրանա էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգի գործունեության արդյունավետությունը:
