Հայտնաբերվել է հուլիսի 27-ին նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության մասին կեղծ ահազանգեր կատարած անձը

ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների համակցված գործունեության շնորհիվ հայտնաբերվել է ս.թ. հուլիսի 27-ին նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության մասին կեղծ ահազանգեր կատարած անձը:
Ձեռնարկված համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված օրը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, 1987թվականին ծնված Սարգիս Ռուբենի Սաֆարյանը, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից դեպի ՀՀ երկու առանձին զանգ կատարելով հայտնել է, թե իբր ՛՛Զվարթնոց՛՛ օդանավակայանում և ՛՛Արմենիա՛՛ հեռուստաընկերությունում տեղադրված են ռումբեր, որոնք կարճ ժամանակում պայթելու են:
Հիշեցնում ենք, որ նախապատրաստվող ահաբեկչության մասին սուտ հաղորդում տալը քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է /ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 259 հոդված/, իսկ ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն իր տրամադրության տակ ունի բավարար միջոցներ ու հնարավորություններ նման ցանկացած արարք բացահայտելու և այն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու համար: Փաստի կապակցությամբ ձեռք բերված նյութերը փոխանցվել են իրավասու պետական մարմիններին` համապատասխան իրավական ընթացակարգեր սկսելու համար: Ծանուցում. Հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղքն ապացուցված չէ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
