Ահաբեկչությունների դեմ պայքարը պետք է նոր թափ ստանա

Վերջերս ԻԼԻՊ-ի կողմից իրականացված ահաբեկչությունները մեծ անհանգստությունների ալիք են բարձրացրել միջազգային հանրության մեջ: Այն կարծես համամարդկային աղետ լինի, որի դեմ պայքարելը գնալով ավելի է դժվարանում ու դրան հակառակ` ԻԼԻՊ-ի կողմից գործողությունները՝ ահաբեկչությունները, նոր թափ են առնում:

«Վախի մթնոլորտ է» Ֆրանսիայում, Գերմանիայում, Իտալիայում, որտեղ պարբերաբար ոստիկանությունն ու հատուկ ծառայությունները ուժեղացված գործողություններ են իրականացնում և այլն: Իրականացվող ահաբեկչական գործողությունների եթե ոչ բոլորի, ապա մեծամասնության պատասխանատվությունը «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորումն է ստանձնում: Միայն վերջին ամսվա ընթացքում Գերմանիայում իրար հաջորդեց ահաբեկչական գործողությունների մի մեծ շղթա: Հունիսի 19-ին Բավարիայում աֆղանցի երիտասարդ տղամարդը կացնով ու դանակով զինված հարձակում է գործել մերձքաղաքային գնացքի ուղևորների վրա, որի հետևանքով 4 մարդ ծանր վնասվածքներ էր ստացել, իսկ 14-ը շոկային վիճակում էր հայտնվել: Իրավապահ մարմինները վերջինիս սենյակը հետախուզելիս ձեռքով նկարված ԻԼԻՊ-ի դրոշի պատկերն էին հայտնաբերվել: Գերմանիայի ՆԳ նախարար Թոմաս դե Մեզյերը հայտնել է, որ չնայած աֆղանցին կապ չի ունեցել ԻԼԻՊ-ի հետ, սակայն վերջինիս գաղափարախոսության զոհն է դարձել:

Հունիսի 22-ին Գերմանիայի ոստիկանությունը հաղորդեց Մյունխեն քաղաքի Olympia առևտրի կենտրոնի մոտակայքում տեղի ունեցած հրաձգության մասին: Մյունխենի ոստիկանությունը հայտարարել է երկրում ահաբեկչական լուրջ դրության մասին: Հունիսի 25-ին Գերմանիայի Անսբախ քաղաքում (Բավարիայի դաշնային հող) պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետևանքով վիրավորվել է 14 մարդ։ Զոհվել է 1 մարդ։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ պայթյունն իրականացրել է հենց զոհը, ում հեռախոսը հետաքննելիս ԻԼԻՊ-ի հետ կապված տեսագրություններ էին հայտնաբերվել: Կարճ ժամանակ անց հաստատվել է, որ ԻԼԻՊ-ն է ստանձնել պայթյունի պատասխանատվությունը: Գերմանիայի ոստիկանության տվյալների համաձայն` փախստականների տեսքով երկիր մուտք գործած պոտենցյալ ահաբեկիչների թիվն անընդհատ աճում է: Նշվում է, որ նման կերպ երկիր կարող է մուտք գործած լինել 410 ահաբեկիչ:

ԻԼԻՊ-ը իր գործողություններով ոչ միայն մարդկային կորուստների պատճառ է դարձել, այլ տնտեսական վնասներ է հասցնում տվյալ պետություններին: Օրինակ` Բելգիայի Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը հայտարարել է, որ ահաբեկչության հետևանքով բելգիական տնտեսության կորուստները 2016թ. մարտի 22-ի դրությամբ շուրջ €1 է կազմել: ԻԼԻՊ-ը նաև իր գործողություններով վտանգում է մի շարք պետությունների ղեկավարների վարկանիշը ու հարցականի տակ դնում տվյալ քաղաքական գործչի միգրացիոն քաղաքականությունը:

Ըստ վերլուծաբանների` Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելին՝ երկրում տեղի ունեցող ահաբեկչություններից հետո նոր քննադատությունների ալիք է սպասվում: Ակնհայտ է, որ գերտերությունները պետք է համախմբվեն համամարդկային աղետի դեմ:
