Դեսպան. ՆԱՏՕ-ի վարշավյան գագաթնաժողովը հաստատել է Հարավային Կովկասի համար «բաց դռների» քաղաքականությունը

Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանի տեսակետից ՆԱՏՕ–ի Վարշավայի գագաթնաժողովը հաստատեց Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի «բաց դռների» քաղաքականությունը։ Դա Վարշավայի պայմանագրի հիմնարար դրույթն է։ Այս մասին հուլիսի 27-ին՝ «ՆԱՏՕ–ի վարշավյան գագաթնաժողովը. հետեւանքներ Հայաստանի համար» թեմայով քննարկման ժամանակ ասել է Հայաստանում Լեհաստանի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Եժի Մարեկ Նովակովսկին։
Դեսպանը ընդունել է, որ անցած տարի Արեւմուտքում համակարգային ճգնաժամ էր .«Մյուս կողմից էլ, վերջին 20 տարիներին ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշինքը պահպանել է իր քաղաքականն դերը ու դիրքորոշումը աշխարհում: Վարշավայում մենք հայտարարեցինք, որ պատմությունը դեռ շարունակվում է ու որ պատմությունն է համաշխարհային քաղաքականության հենասյունը: Վարշավյան գագաթնաժողովը նորից հաստատեց, որ արեւմտյան աշխարհի հիմքում որոշակի արժեհամակարգ է»,- նկատել է Նովակովսկին: ՆԱՏՕ-ի Վարշավյան գագաթնաժողովը, շարունակել է դեսպանը, հետաաքրքրություն է դրսեւորել հարավային հարեւանների նկատմամբ՝ նաեւ ցույց տալով, որ դաշինքը պատրաստ է հակազդել անկայունությանը տարածաշրջանում ՝ մանավանդ հարավում:
«Վարշավայում մենք շեշտեցինք ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործունեության կարեւորությունը: ՆԱՏՕ-ի դռները բաց են մնում բոլոր այն երկրների համար, որոնք կիսում են մեր արժեքները ու պատրաստ են մասնակցել Դաշինքի անվտանգության ապահովման աշխատանքներին: Վարշավյան գագաթնաժողովը հաստատեց, որ մենք ոչ մի պատրանք չունենք Ռուսաստանի վերաբերյալ»,- նշել է Եժի Մարեկ Նովակովսկին: Արեւելյան թեւի ուժեղացումը, նրա վստահեցումով, ամենեւին էլ Ռուսաստանի դեմ չէ ուղղված: «Բայց մենք պետք է իրատեսական լինենք՝ հիմք ընդունելով Ռուսաստանի ՝ վերջին տարիների քաղաքականությունը: Հիմա մենք հասկացել ենք, որ Ռուսաստանը դարձել է կոպիտ ու անկայուն գործընկեր»,- ասել է Լեհահստանի դեսպանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 8-9-ը Լեհաստանի մայրաքաղաք Վարշավայում անցել է 27-րդ հանդիպումը ՆԱՏՕ-ի պետությունների ու կառավարությունների ղեկավարների մակարդակով:
