«Երեկ էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նախագահությամբ շարունակվել է Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի և նրա երկու ընկերների սպանության գործով դատական նիստը։ Այս փուլում շարունակվում Է վկաների հարցաքննությունը։ Երեկ դատարանում ցուցմունք է տվել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ աշխատակից Կարեն Դավթյանը։ Նա պատմել Է, որ 3 ամբաստանյալներին չի ճանաչում, դեպքի օրը միայն կրակոցներ է լսել, սակայն ՔԿՀ-ից դուրս չի եկել։ «Հիմնարկի ղեկավարությունից հետո ասացին, որ դուրս գամ, մեքենայիս դուռը բացեմ, քանի որ կրակոցներից մեքենաս վնասվել Էր։ Դուրս եմ եկել, տեսել, որ մեքենայիս մի կողմը սետկա Էր դարձել, բալոնն Էլ Էր վնասվել, բայց, բարեբախտաբար, չէր պայթել»,– դատարանին հայտնել է Դավթյանը։ Գործով ներգրավված մյուս վկան Խալաթյանը կրկին նշել է, որ չի ճանաչում ամբաստանյալներին։ Նա պատմել է, որ դեպքի ժամանակ աշխատելիս Է եղել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի տեսակցությունների բաժնում և կրակոցների ձայներ Է լսել։ «Այդ օրն ինձ մոտեցավ Վարդգես անունով մեկը, տվեց իր ու Աշոտ Ղազարյանի անձնագրերն ու ասաց, որ լրացնեմ, որ երրորդ անձն Էլ գա ու միասին մտնենք Դավիթ Իսպիրյան անունով կալանավորի մոտ։ Վարդգեսն ինձ ասաց, որ հոպարը տեղյակ Է, հոպարն Էլ, ի դեպ, ՔԿՀ այդ ժամանակվա պետ Ռուբիկ Ստեփանյանն էր: Հրաժարվեցի լրացնել, ասացի թող գա այդ անձը, կլրացնեմ։ Ավելի ուշ Վարդգեսը նորից մոտեցավ ու ասաց, որ արդեն լրացնեմ, որովհետև 3-րդ անձը մոտենում է։ Ես լրացրի, գնացի ուրիշ սենյակ, այդ ընթացքում էլ կրակոցներ լսեցի։ Արագ կալանավորներին տարել ենք խցեր։ Հետո եմ իմացել, որ այդ 3-րդ անձը Լևոն Ղազարյանն Էր»,– պատմել Է վկան։ Հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա օգոստոսի 9-ին»,–գրում է թերթը։
