Մանկավարժներ, ժէկ-ի աշխատակիցներ, մանկապարտեզի հավաքարարներ, գյուղապետարանի քսերոքս անողներ, վաշտի խոհարարներ, կուլտուրայի տան աշխատակիցներ, բուդկաչիներ ու հասարակության բոլոր շերտերի ՛՛հատընտիր՛՛ ներկայացուցիչներ՝ տեսնել է պետք՝ ոնց են դեմքի խորհրդավոր արտահայտությամբ տնետուն անում, ցուցակներ կազմում ընտրակաշառքների քանակը ճշգրտելու համար, ու վերը նշված հաստ քամակները ընտրությունների օրը վերածում հանրաքամակների՝ վազվզելով որպես վստահված անձ, հանձնաժողովի անդամ, Սերժենց տասովչիկ ու պառավներին դեպի քվեախցիկ ուղեկցող Մայր Թերեզա...

Ավելի սարսափելի տեսարան, քան ընտրություններին իշխանական կուսակցությունների (ոչ միայն ՀՀԿ-ի) շտաբների առաջ անձնագրերը ձեռքին հերթ կանգնած, այսպես կոչված, ժողովրդի սուրուն է՝ չեմ պատկերացրել...

Միայն չասեք՝ խեղճ վիճակից են անում. տարիներ շարունակ այդ խեղճ վիճակը ավելի խորացավ, իսկ վերցրած 5000 դրամ ընտրակաշառքով ոչ մեկը սովամահությունից չփրկվեց: Չզարգացած ցեղի՝ յուրաքանչյուր ձրին կլանելու և մեջ անելու հոգեբանությամբ մի ամբողջ հասարակություն սկսեց աստիճանաբար վերածվել տասովչիկների համքարության...

Ու գիտե՞ք ինչու մենք չենք փոխվում. որովհետև գերադասում ենք աշխատավայրում ժամանակ սպանել ադնակլասնիկներում աղջիկ/տղա կպցնելով, գերադասում ենք պարապ թափառել՝ սպասելով մի հարմար օրվա, թե երբ բախտը մեզ կժպտա, որ այնպիսի գործ կպցնենք, որտեղ կարելի է կողից - կշտից գռդոն անել ու ապրել առանց չարչարվելու: Որովհետև հասարակությունը՝ հավաքարար - խոհարար - տաքսու վարորդ - չինովնիկներ - վարչության պետեր - նախարարներ - նախագահ շղթայում բոլորը զբաղված են կպցնելով՝ ընտրակաշառքից, թերմացք գողանալուց մինչև կաշառքի բոլոր տարատեսակներ...

Ու այս պայմաններում, երբ մեր հասարակությունը կոպեկներով իր իշխանությունը վաճառում է՝ մինչև հաջորդ ընտրակաշառք բավարարվելով ալկաշանոցներում ու կոֆեի սեղանի շուրջ իշխանություններին հայհոյելով՝ Սերժենք պետք է առնվազն ապուշ լինեն, որ իշխանություն տան...

Ո՞վ իշխանությունը կտա, երբ այն սկուտեղով մշտապես իրեն մատուցվում է:

Ձեր հասարակական իմունիտետը մնացել է ատամները քչփորելիս իշխանություններին հայհոյե՞լը՝ հայհոյեք ինչքան ուզում եք, դա արդեն ոչ մեկին հետաքրքիր չէ...
