Բելառուսում կարող են տուգանք սահմանել նացիստական խորհրդանիշով դաջվածքների համար

Բելառուսական ոստիկանությունը նախաձեռնել է երկրում վարչական պատասխանատվության ներդրումը նացիստական խորհրդանիշով դաջվածքներ անելու կամ դրանք հրապարակային ցուցադրելու համար, հայտնել է Բելառուսի հանցագործությունների ու կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության պետ Նիկոլայ Կարպենկովը:
«Մոտ ժամանակներս ՆԳՆ –ն կդիմի խորհրդարանականներին օրենսդիր նախաձեռնությամբ ՝ լրացումներ անել վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին օրենսգրքի 17.10 հոդվածում»,- մեջբերում է Կարպենկովին «Բելառուսն այսօր» թերթը:
Թերթի տեղեկություններով, վարչությունում պատրաստել են լրացումներ վարչական իրավախախատումների մասին օրենսգրքում՝ նացիզմի քարոզչության դեմ պայքարի ուժեղացման նպատակով: Դրանք ենթադրում են ավելացնել տուգանքը ( մոտ մինչեւ 200 դոլար ֆիզանձանց ու 700 դոլար՝ անհատ ձեռներեցների ու իրավաբանական անձանց համար): Նաեւ ներդրվելու է պատասխանատվություն նացիստական խորհրդանիշով դաջվածք անելու ու դրանք հրապարակայնորեն ցուցադրելու համար (մոտ մինչեւ 300 դոլար տուգանք կամ վարչական կալանք)
Հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ ծրագրվում է ավելացնել նացիստական խորհրդանիշների ու ատրիբուտների ցանկը այն «տարրերի հաշվին, որոնք օգտագործվում են ոչ միայն Գերմանիայի Նացիոնալ սոցիալիստական աշխատանքային կուսակցության կողմից, այլեւ պետական, ռազմական ու այլ կառույցներում, որոնք հանցավոր են ճանաչվել Միջազգային ռազմական տրիբունալի կողմից»:«Պատժելի են դառնալու նացիոնալ սոցիալիստների ողջույնի ժեստերը, գաղտնաբառերը, թվերը, որոնցում գաղտնագրված են ֆյուրերի անունը»,- ասվում է հոդվածում:
Սահմանվելու է նաեւ նորմ, որը նացի- տատու ունեցողին կազատի վարչական պատասխանատվությունից այն պայմանով, որ նա դեռ մինչեւ գործի քնննությունը կամավոր ջնջի նման դաջվածքները կամ էլ փոխի՝ բացառելով նացիստական բնույթը: Չեն տուգանվելու թատերական, երաժշտական, կրկեսային ու արվեստի մյուս ճյուղերի համար նացիստական խորհրդանիշների պատրաստումը ու ցուցադրումը:
