ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում շարունակվում է հուլիսի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած զանգվածային անկարգությունների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, անկարÕ �ություններին անմիջական մասնակցություն ունեցած, իրենց գործողություններով սադրած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու եւ նրանց գործողություններին համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ հուլիսի 22-ին 3 անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ անկարգություններին մասնակցություն ունենալու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, այն է՝ զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելը, որն ուղեկցվել է գույքի ոչնչացմամբ, իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ բռնության գործադրմ ամբ։ Քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը դատարանի կողմից բավարարվել է։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, հարցաքննվում են անկարգությունների հետեւանքով մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացած անձինք, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, հստակեցվում են մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու հանգամանքները, պարզվում՝ անկարգությունների ժամանակ պատճառված նյութական վնասի չափը։
Նախաքննության արդյունքներով կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին կտեղեկացնենք պարբերաբար։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություն նապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
