Քաղաքականության մեջ բավականին ազդեցիկ արգումենտ է՝ պայքարել, այսպես կոչված, հող հանձնողների և նրանց սատարողների դեմ...

Ուրիշ ի՞նչը կարող է ավելի ազդեցիկ հնչել, քան Հայրենիքը փրկելուն ուղղված կոչերն ու փոխզիջման մասին խոսողներին դավաճան հռչակելը:

Մինչդեռ քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնք նպատակ են դրել գալ իշխանության, բացի ի փառս հայրենյաց սրտաճմլիկ կոչեր բղավելը, չունեն Արցախյան հիմնահարցի լուծման որևէ կոնցեպտ, որևէ քաղաքական փաստաթուղթ, որը հիմնահարցի լուծման որևէ ողջամիտ դրույթ է պարունակում:

Ուշադիր հետևել եմ կազանյան փաստաթղթին, մանրակրկիտ վերլուծել եմ յուրաքանչյուր պարագրաֆը և փորձել եմ դրանք հակադրել հայաստանյան հիմնական քաղաքական խաղացողների ծրագրային դրույթներին: Չկա: Ոչ մի նորմալ ձևակերպված քաղաքական փաստաթուղթ, որը Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի լուծման ռացիոնալ տարբերակներ է առաջարկում ներկայիս իրողությունների պայմաններում, գոյություն չունի...

Այո, հեշտ է սեփական ընտրազանգվածին կերակրել ոչ մի թիզ հող լոզունգներով և հայդուկյան հերոսապատումներով, սակայն այն, որ քաղաքական ուժերը համարձակություն չունեն հանդես գալու իրավիճակին համահունչ որևէ քիչ թե շատ նորմալ փաստաթղթով՝ խոսում է քաղաքական համակարգի ամորֆության մասին...

Եվ գիտե՞ք որն է մեր պետականության թուլության հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը. մենք քաղաքականության նշաձողը չկարողացանք այս տարիների ընթացքում հիստերիկ հռետորաբանության սանդղակից տեղափոխել ծրագրային, կառուցվածքային դաշտ:

Մենք մշտապես առաջնորդվեցինք հալալ ա էս տղուն, հլա տես ոնց ա խզարում դատարկ, անպտուղ տրամաբանությամբ, ինչը ծնեց դհոլների և դհոլազգիների հսկայական մշակույթ:

Մեր հերոսը եղավ անծրագիր հիստերիկն ու իշխանությանն ամենաբարձր հայհոյող այսրոպեական կիսագրագետը, ովքեր հետագայում լիուլի վարձատրվեցին պաշտոններով և սկսեցին խաղալ իշխանության համապատասխան շարիկների հետ...

Այնպես որ, ինձ համար, որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացու, դհոլների լիմիտը սպառված է... Եվ որ քաղաքական ուժը ճղճղիկ ու պաթետիկ հռետորաբանությունից այն կողմ չանցավ՝ ինձ համար պոտենցիալ դհոլազգի է ու լավրով է արվելու իմ տեսադաշտից...
