«Երկար սպասված ուղերձը հասարակության, վերջապես հնչեց։ Երեկ արտահայտվեցին և ՀՀ գործող նախագահը, և առաջին նախագահը, անգամ ՀՅԴ-ն ու ՀՎԿ-ն իրենց հեղինակավոր խոսքն ասացին։ Խոսք, որին 6 օր շարունակ սպասում էր հանրությունը։ Հիմա եկավ գործին սպասելու ժամանակը։ Թե ինչ հանգուցալուծում կգտնի իշխանությունը, կգտնի՝ արդյոք, թե՝ դեպքերը կթողնի ինքնահոսի՝ թույլատրելով, որ տարբեր ուժեր և անձինք օգտվեն ստեղծված վիճակից, կերևա առաջիկա օրերին։ Այո, բարդ իրավիճակ է, և խորհուրդ տալն էլ հեշտ չէ։ Բայց իշխանությունը նաև պատասխանատվություն է ենթադրում և նման բարդ իրավիճակներում լուծումներ գտնելու պարտականություն։

Հակառակ պարագայում ստացվում է որ իշխանությունը միայն գռփելու, վայելելու, սեփական ժառանգների անվրդով ապագան ապահովելու համար է։ Հենց այս վճռական պահերին են գնահատվում իշխանավորների, քաղաքական գործիչների միտքը, ճկունությունը, ամենաբարդ իրավիճակներից ելք գտնելու, անարյուն հանգուցալուծման հանգելու ունակությունը։ Սա դաժան փորձություն է տարրական հարցերը լուծելու անընդունակ մարդկանց համար, բայց եթե ուզում են, որ իրենց իշխանությունը շարունակություն ունենա, պետք է գտնեն այդ լուծման բանալին։ Իսկ չգտնելու պարագայում հեռանան ասպարեզից, հրաժարվեն իշխանությունից՝ իրենց տեղը զիջելով ավելի ընդունակներին, ավելի խելացիներին, ավելի ճկուններին»,–գրում է թերթը։
