ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն մեղադրանք է առաջադրել իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնության համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւանի քննչական վարչության վարույթում շարունակվում է իրենց ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ի երեկոյան կիրառված բռնությունների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Ինպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա մեկ անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։
Հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին զինված խմբի կողմից ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքի գրավման կապակցությամբ քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունն ու հասարակական կարգի պահպանությունն ապահովելու նպատակով, 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին ժամը 20:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ոստիկանության մի շարք ծառայողներ ծառայություն են իրականացրել Երևան քաղաքի Մովսես Խորենացի փողոցին հարող Գլինկա և Որմնադիրներ փողոցների հատման վայրում: Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ Երևանի բնակիչ Հ.Թորոսյանը մի խու մբ անձանց հետ միասին բռնություն են գործադրել ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ՝ չենթարկվելով ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների` հասարակական կարգը պահպանելուն ուղղված օրինական պահանջներին։ Կիրառված բռնությունների հետևանքով մարմնական վնասվածքներ են պատճառվել իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ համարվող ՀՀ ոստիկանության 6 աշխատակցի:
Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Հ.Թորոսյանին հուլիսի 22-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու, դեպքին մասնակից անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Ներբեռնվել եւ զննվել են միջապեի վերաբերյալ համացանցում առկա տեսանյութերը։
Քրեական գործով կայացվող դատավարական որոշումների մասին տեղեկույթ կտրամադրվի պարբերաբար։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
