Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան փորձում է արդարացնել Թուրքիայի եւ ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի հռետորաբանությունը:

Նախօրեին Զախարովան, ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ անդրադառնալով Ղարաբաղի խնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացին Թուրքիայի միանալու հնարավորությանը, փաստացի չէր բացառել նման հնարավորությունը։ «Ինչ վերաբերում է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության, ինչպես նաեւ ցանկացած այլ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման  կամ բանակցային գործընթացին, ապա խոսքը կարող է վերաբերել ոչ միայն Թուրքիայի միանալուն։ Ցանկացած կառուցողական աջակցություն կարելի է դիտարկել  հենց այդ տեսակետից՝ որպես կառուցողական համագործակցություն։ Եթե  պետությունը դրական առումով ավելացնելու բան ունի, ինձ թվում է, որ այստեղ ոչ մի խնդիր չի կարող լինել։ Բայց եւս մեկ անգամ եմ ասում, եթե խոսքը կառուցողական ավանդի մասին է»,– ասված էր ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքում։

Ակնհայտ է, որ Զախարովայի դիվանագիտական փորձերն այնքան էլ հաջողված չեն: Կարգավորման գործընթացում Անկարայի որեւէ ձեւով մասնակցության հնարավորությունն անմիջապես բացառելու փոխարեն, ինչպես նախկինում հայտարարել են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները, Զախարովան սկսում է փիլիսոփայել «հնարավորությունների եւ կառուցողական համագործակցության» թեմայով: Եվ դա այն դեպում, երբ Թուրքիան մշտապես պաշտպանել է հակամարտության կողմերից մեկի շահերն ու արդարացրել նրա գործողությունները: Բնականաբար, Զախարովան չէր կարող այդ մասին չիմանալ, եւ նրա շուտասելուկն այն մասին, թե խոսք կարող է գնալ ոչ միայն Թուրքիայի մասին, իրավիճակը չի փրկում: Սակայն որպես սեփական անզգուշության արդարացում՝ նա նախապատվությունը տվել է բոլոր լրագրողներին մեղադրելուն:

Facebook-ի նրա էջին լրագրողներին ուղղված վրդովված մեկնաբանություն է հայտնվել, որոնք սկսել են «պատասխանից սենսացիա մոդելավորել՝ իբր ԼՂ կարգավորմանը Անկարային ներառելու Մոսկվայի ցանկության մասին»: «Նրանց համար, ովքեր փորձում են ապատեղեկատվություն տարածել կամ ապակայունացնել ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման շուրջ իրավիճակը՝ մոգոնելով նորություններ, մեկ անգամ եւս կրկնեմ: Կան գործող միջազգային մեխանիզմներ, որոնք կոչված են զբաղվելու ԼՂ կարգավորմամբ, մասնավորապես՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների աշխատանքը: Ըստ որում՝ ոչ ոք չի չեղարկել երկկողմանի շփումները, որոնց շրջանակում ցանկացած երկիր կարող է քննարկել  իր ներքին կամ արտաքին քաղաքականության ուղղությունները: Հարցի հիմքում այն է, թե որքանով են կառուցողական դեր կատարում կարգավորման գործընթացի մաս չհամարվող երկրները, որոնք փորձում են նպաստել կարգավորմանը: Մեծ խնդրանք՝ սադրանքի մի տրվեք, այդ թվում՝ տեղեկատվական»,- մասնավորապես գրել է Զախարովան:
