«Փչացման» համախտանիշ

Հայաստանյան հասարական-քաղաքական իրականության մեջ երբեք էլ ամենատարբեր արատավոր ծագման իրողությունների ու նպատակի ծառայողների պակաս չի զգացվել:

Հանրության մեջ արդեն վաղուց զարմանք չեն առաջացնում կիսատ-պռատ փսևդոքաղաքական գործիչները, սարքած ու ծախված կուսակցականներն ու կուսակցությունները, վարչակարգի թեթև ձեռքով «փչացած» նախկին ընդդիմադիրները և այլն: Այս վերջին՝ «փչացածների» հանրույթը թերևս ամենաբազմամարդն է հայաստանյան, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքական դաշտում, ընդ որում՝ վերջիններս իրենց տաքուկ տեղերը գտան անցած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ Հանրապետական կուսակցության ընտրացուցակում, ապա և խորհրդարանում: Սակայն ժամանակ չծախսելով տարատեսակ ժողովրդական գործիքների վրա, անդրադառնանք վերջերս ասպարեզ իջած «փչացման» նոր տեխնոլոգիային:

Բոլորս կհիշենք օրեր առաջ «համացանցը ցնցած» հայտնի տաքսիստին, ապա և նրա «փչացմանը»: Հանրային հիացմունքը տաքսիստի նկատմամբ վայրկենապես հօդս ցնդեց, երբ պարզ դարձավ , որ վերջինս ԵԿՄ անդամ է, ի խորոց սրտի՝ նվիրված է իր «զորավարին» և այլն: Այստեղ սակայն հետաքրքիրը ոչ թե տաքսիստն է և նրա շուրջ ծավալված անցուդարձը, այլ վարչակարգի որդեգրած «հանրային» փչացման նոր մեթոդը, որն է՝ հայտարարել այս կամ այն անհատի անմիջական կապն իր հետ:

Հարկ է խոստովանել, որ բոլոր հնարավոր սոցհարցումների, վիճակագրությունների ու հետազոտությունների արդյունքներից բազմիցս ավելի լավ է առկա վարչակարգը գիտակցում հանրության կողմից իր նկատմամբ առկա զզվանքն ու ատելությունը: Սակայն միաժամանակ պետք է ընդունել, որ հայաստանյան իշխանությունները ադապտացել են անգամ իրենց ուղղված բացասական ամեն ինչը օգտագործել և շահագործել: Այս նպատակի համար ասպարեզ են նետվում տարբեր տեսակի տաքսիստներ, «հայրենա և ռազմահայրենասերներ», նժդեհականներ, ցեղակրոններ, «գենետիկ հայեր» և այլ «պաթոսաերևույթներ», որոնք որոշակի ժամանակահատվածում «գոլորշի բաց թողնելու» ազդեցություն են ունենում, ապա հայտարարում վարչակարգի այս կամ այն օղակին իրենց նվիրվածությունը և դրանով ամեն ինչ ավարտվում է:

Ի դեպ՝ սույն սկզբունքը գործում է առանց խտրականության բոլորի համար, անկախ նրանից, գործող անձի դերում ընտրվածը սովորական տաքսու վարորդ է, թե «աճեցված, ծլեցված ու ծաղկեցված» և մինչև վերջերս ազդեցիկ կուսակցության «առաջնորդ»:

Հայաստանյան իշխող վերնախավի նման գործելաոճում թվում է՝ կա թաքնված հաղորդագրություն առ այն, որը ուղղակիորեն հայտարարում է. «այո, մենք վատն ենք, մենք պատրաստ ենք ցանկացած քայլի, մենք իշխանությունը պահել ենք մարտի մեկի արյունով, սպասեք մեզանից ամեն ինչ և մի հավատացեք ոչ ոքի, քանի որ մենք փչացնում ենք կամ կարող ենք փչացնել, ում ուզենք»: Սակայն մյուս կողմից, վաղ թե ուշ այս կանոնը գործելու է հակառակ ազդեցությամբ, քանի որ վարչակարգն իր շարքերը ուռճացնելով «փչացած» տարրերով՝ հայտնվում է վերջնական նեխելու վտանգի տակ:
