Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու փաստը մեծապես հարվածում է Ռուսաստանի հեղինակությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեցհասարակական գործիչ, ՌԴ հանրային պալատի անդամ Դենիս Դվորնիկովը` անդրադառնալովԱդրբեջանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանի օրերս արած հայտարարությանը Ադրբեջանին ռուսական սպառազինության մատակարարումների շարունակականության, ինչպես նաեւ զենքի վաճառքի նոր պայմանագրեր կնքելու մտադրության մասին:

«Երկրի ներսում ևս շատերը հասկանում են, որ չի կարելի կրակը հանգցնել՝ դրա վրա վառելանյութ լցնելով: Ռուսաստանը անհամասեռ երկիր է, որտեղ երբեմն հաղթում են ուժերը, որոնք գործում են գումարներ վաստակելու, այլ ոչ թե երկրի շահերը պաշտպանելու համար: Այս հարցում շատ է պակասում Ռուսաստանի հայերի ձայնը՝ կազմակերպված, հստակ եւ ազդեցիկ, քանի որ Ռուսաստանի հայ համայնքն ահռելի ներուժ ունի:  Մինչդեռ այն չի օգտագործվում նույնիսկ 20 տոկոսով: Սա վատ է եւ՛ Հայաստանի, եւ՛ Արցախի, եւ՛ նույնիսկ Ռուսաստանի համար»,-ընդգծեց հասարակական գործիչը:

Խոսելով ԼՂ խնդրի լուծման մասին՝ նա նշեց, որ հարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը նախ  պետք է սկսվի Ադրբեջանում հայերի հանդեպ ատելության վերացումից, իսկ եթե խոսվում է տարածքների մասին, ապա այս դեպքում էլ պետք է սկսել այնտեղից, որ Արցախին պետք է վերադարձվեն Մարտունու, Մարտակերտի ու Շահումյանի շրջանների մի մասը:

Այնուամենայնիվ, Դենիս Դվորնիկովը նախընտրում է գլոբալ խնդիրներից զատ մտածել նաեւ այն մասին, թե ինչպես են մարդիկ պարզապես ապրում:

«Այժմ պետք է նաեւ մտածել այն մասին, թե ինչպես են մարդիկ ապրում Արցախում, պետք է ապրել այսօր եւ հիմա: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ես եւ ընկերներս Արցախում անցկացնում ենք գրական միջոցառումներ, կազմակերպում ենք համերգներ, բացելու ենք գրողների ակումբ,  շատ լավ եւ մտահոգ մարդիկ իրենց ունեցած 20-30  դոլարն են ուղարկում Արցախ, որպեսզի  որեւէ մի երեխայի համար, ով  կորցրել է հորը,  գնեն նոր տաբատ կամ գրքեր»,- ասաց Դենիս Դվորնիկովը:
