 Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակությունը՝ ՀՀ-ում հավատարմագրված ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների դիվանագիտական առաքելությունների ղեկավարների համաձայնությամբ  տարածել է հայտարարություն Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող վերջին իրադարձությունների առնչությամբ: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ԵՄ գրասենյակից, հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«Ընդգծելով, որ քաղաքական փոփոխության նպատակով ուժի կիրառումն անընդունելի է՝ մեր զորակցությունն ենք հայտնում ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության ՊՊԾ գնդի հրամանատարի տեղակալ գնդապետ Արթուր Վանոյանի ընտանիքին: Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժանմունքում տեղի ունեցած դեպքերից տուժողներին մաղթում ենք արագ եւ լիարժեք ապաքինում:

Մտահոգությամբ ընդգծելով անհամաչափ ուժի կիրառման եւ ոստիկանության կողմից իրականացված զանգվածային ձերբակալությունների մասին զեկույցները՝

իշխանություններին կոչ ենք անում հարգել համաչափության սկզբունքը խաղաղ բնույթի, ինչպես նաև բռնությամբ ուղեկցվող հանրային բողոքի ակցիաների  առնչությամբ: Միաժամանակ, ցուցարարներին անհրաժեշտ է ձեռնպահ մնալ բռնի գործողություններից՝ իրենց քաղաքացիական իրավունքների իրացման ընթացքում:

Ի գիտություն ընդունելով նաեւ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից կատարված հայտարարությունները՝ հորդորում ենք լիարժեք հետաքննություն կատարել ոստիկանների կողմից իրականացված բոլոր իրավախախտումների մասին հաղորդումների առնչությամբ, այդ թվում` նրանց կողմից ոչ պատշաճ վերաբերմունքի և իրավապաշտպանների եւ բուժօգնության մերժման առնչությամբ»:
