ԱՄՀ-ն «քսանյակի» երկրներին գլոբալացման կոչ Է արել

Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը (ԱՄՀ) «քսանյակի» երկրներին կոչ Է անում խթանելու գլոբալաման գործընթացները՝ տնտեսության մեջ սաստկացող քաղաքական ռիսկերի դեմ պայքարի համար, ասված Է հուլիսի 23 – 24-ը Չինաստանում կայանալիք «ֆինանսական քսանյակի» առթիվ՝ հիմնադրամի կողմից պատրաստված փաստաթղթերում:
«Քաղաքական ռիսկերի սաստկացման առնչությամբ ազդեցիկ քաղաքական գործիչները պետք Է վերականգնեն բազմակողմ հարաբերությունների եւ գլոբալացման ոգին, բազմապատկելով գլոբալացման դրական դերը»,.- ասված Է փաստաթղթում:
«Անհրաժեշտ Է հատուկ ուշադրություն նվիրել աշխատավորների համար կորուստների կրճատմանը, որոնց վնաս Է հասցրել գլոբալացումը, գլոբալացման դրական վարկ ստեղծել հասարակության՝ թերահավատորեն տրամադրված խավերի շրջանում: Դա կպահանջի ֆինանսական պաշարների օգտագոծում, օրինակ՝ ուսուցման համար, ինչպես նաեւ հստակ եւ համոզիչ հաղորդակցական ռազմավարություն»,- նշում Է հիմնադրամը:
Հիմնադրամն ընդգծում Է, որ հենց ոչ քաղաքական ռիսկերն են առանձնապես վտանգավոր այս պահին տնտեսության համար: Բացի քաղաքական ռիսկերից դա ահաբեկչությունն Է, բնական աղետները (օրինակ՝ երաշտն Արեւելյան եւ Հարավային Աֆրիկայում), նոր հիվանդությունները, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
