«Հասունացել է պահը ժողովրդի հետ դեմ առ դեմ խոսելու». «Ոտքի՛ Հայաստան»

«Ոտքի՛ Հայաստան» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնությունը կոչ է անում նախագահին դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպել ժողովրդին, խոսել նրա հետ:
Նախաձեռնության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես ասված է. «Հանրության ջանքերով դեռ հաջողվում է կասեցնել եղբայրասպան բախումը: Քաղաքացիները իրենց վրա վերցրեցին ոստիկանության զայրացած հարվածը՝ ենթարկվեցին ծեծի, խոշտանգումների, նվաստացումների, ձերբակալությունների եւ հետապնդումների, սակայն իրենց մարմիններով շարունակում են զսպել արնախում գործողությունները»:
Վերջիններս մատնանշում են այն, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը այս ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում գործում է հանրությունից գաղտնի եւ մինչ օրս չեն գումարվել Անվտանգության խորհրդի, կառավարության եւ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստեր, իսկ ՀՀ նախագահին կից Հանրային խորհուրդն իր նիստը անցկացրել է փակ դռների հետեւում:
«Պետության բարձրագույն ղեկավարները ստեղծված իրավիճակում անձնական պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու համար ժողովրդի հետ շփման մեջ է միայն ոստիկանության ծառայողների միջոցով, որոնց քաղաքացիների դեմ ուժ գործադրելու իրավունքը ոչնչով սահմանափակված չէ: Նման պայմաններում երաշխավորված չեն մարդու կյանքի, առողջության, անձնական անձեռնամխելիության եւ ազատության իրավունքները»,- հայտնում են նրանք:
Անդրադառնալով Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ իր պաշտոնը ստանձնելիս Աստծո եւ ժողովրդի առջեւ տված երդումն այն մասին, որ նա անվերապահորեն կատարելու է Սահմանադրության պահանջները, նախաձեռնության անդամները նշում են, որ այդ երդումը հարկադրում է նրան այսօր անձամբ հանդիպել Խորենացի փողոցում հավաքված քաղաքացիների հետ եւ բացատրություններ տալ, թե ինչու մեր երկրում անհնար է դարձել ապահովել անվտանգությունը առանց մեր հայրենակիցների արյունը թափելու:
